I had an awful experience at this tanning salon. First, the staff was incredibly unhelpful, rude, and seemed bothered when I asked questions about the different tanning options and services. The place was dirty--there was dust on the counters and the tanning beds looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high for the quality of service. I really enjoy the spa experience here. Sydney was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I understand that some people complain about upselling but I appreciate someone who knows what they're doing. I even tried the red light and uv tanning bed. I came in the other day and it was so busy, the lobby was full. I felt so bad for Molly she was all by herself but was so sweet and was working so hard to keep everyone happy.
