Smart, funny and always smiling- she made me feel like a million dollars had just fallen in my lap- I would follow her anywhere! The second lady was Desiere and she greets me every single day with an "hello beautiful" as soon as I (or anyone else) walks through the door. Extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products, beds, and services. I absolutely cherish her willingness to answer all of my impeding questions and with such care! Also taught me about different levels of tanning and how to break my plateau and bring my tan to the next level- who knew? The third lady's name is Tanya. So sweet and kind and such a positive vibe that anyone who meets her feels appreciated! Had so many great quality tips that I left feeling well educated groom my visit. This place is awesome! All of the ladies went above and beyond for my spa experience and let me tell you from a managers perspective.. The virtues and the fact that they are so grounded and knowledgeable plus the fact that they have morals, kindness, honesty and they are trustworthy- no man on the face of the earth can afford to pay for that. That was a fraudulent charge on my debit card which they canceled. Now I have to contact every merchant that I do business with. Can use by debit card. They said there's a red card on my account. And they will not allow me to tan. And want me to pay eighteen more dollars. I have refused and ask the manager to call me on 3 different occasions. She was supposed to call Saturday twice. I waited sunday and here it is monday and no contact. I would not do business with this company. And give them your banking information. They are not honest.

And having gone back a couple times since and even dealing with different workers on different days - the customer service level is just the same. I've been used to the big chain tanning salons for so long that don't care at all about their customers which makes this place even more refreshing! I signed up for a month of unlimited tanning in the base beds (about $32/month) and I was shocked to see that they were having a sale to add on another month for only $9 more. They provide googles for your eye safety instead of making you purchase a pair every time you forget yours which I thought was great of them. I tan fairly easy and I have sensitive skin, so I normally don't use a lotion - but I looked over towards their samples and was immediately helped on what I was looking for and given suggestions based on their own use and use of the customers. I tried a sample and loved it - you receive 40% off lotion bottles, but not samples. BUT I had decided I loved the sample and bought the bottle once I was done and they took the price of the sample off the price of the lotion after already discounting it 40%. They seem to be truly in business to provide a great product and great environment for their customers.
