This is the BEST site location ever! Let me just start but saying that this place never ceases to amaze me and the ladies are such amazing people that you will never think of yourself as a stranger! I walked I to 3 absolutely kind, sweet and helpful beautiful faces so much so that I was compelled to leave this review. The first lady's name is LJ- this woman exemplifies integrity, dedication, and customer obsession at its finest! Smart, funny and always smiling- she made me feel like a million dollars had just fallen in my lap- I would follow her anywhere! The second lady was Desiere and she greets me every single day with an "hello beautiful" as soon as I (or anyone else) walks through the door. Extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products, beds, and services. I absolutely cherish her willingness to answer all of my impeding questions and with such care! Also taught me about different levels of tanning and how to break my plateau and bring my tan to the next level- who knew? The third lady's name is Tanya. So sweet and kind and such a positive vibe that anyone who meets her feels appreciated! Had so many great quality tips that I left feeling well educated groom my visit. This place is awesome! All of the ladies went above and beyond for my spa experience and let me tell you from a managers perspective.. The virtues and the fact that they are so grounded and knowledgeable plus the fact that they have morals, kindness, honesty and they are trustworthy- no man on the face of the earth can afford to pay for that. I know that all too well. I am hopeful that this post brings to the owners attention that these particular women cannot be found just anywhere. The experience was nice. I love to tan. The beds are great, when you find the one that works best for you. The wait is long, when you do have a bed you like. Most beds, not all options work on them. The biggest down side, I choose Autopay. And they like to charge double, they are very hard to get ahold of. Can't call the actual store. Have to call corporate. They don't call back. I never got my money back. And I have not been back since. They hire the best of the best! The girls are awesome. Quick and steady. They win the race. They are not at fault the other things that go bad here. Corporate needs to step up. Fix their machines and expand if need be. read more

This place is the biggest scam. I received a few spray tans from this location and they never turned out the best however there was one specific time the tanning consultant instructed me to put their barrier cream on my knees and on my hands. My spray tan came out awful and my knees were completely discolored. The second time I did a rapid tan where they told me I could shower in 1-4 hours. I showered almost three hours later and the entire thing came off (I did not scrub and rinsed with luke warm water). I contacted customer support and they told me they would contact the store to see if they could issue me a refund as I did not want to receive a free spray to somewhere that repeatedly let me down. I requested a refund as my spray tan the first time could have been avoided had the tanning consultant not instructed me to do something that would mess up my results. They took a week to get back to me and essentially said too bad and that I can continue spraying for the rest of the month, that they'd cancel my membership but would not issue my refund. This place clearly only cares about taking peoples money rather than the happiness and results of their guests. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone who values customer service!! read more

Let me just say the girls that work here are sweet and this is not their fault but When you pay $80 a month for a "non necessity" subscription, waiting almost an hour to tan due to MULTIPLE beds being broke is RIDICULOUS!!! My friend and I waited an hour to tan! On a Tuesday! In this economy they are going to lose so much business. Hire more people and fix your Equipment!!!! So overall my experience with glo is good and bad. But overall I found when I went to use the beds there was usually quite a wait so I switched to spray and it felt like there was always one down and sometimes two so after the completion of my contract I cancelled. THEN they continued to charge me every month even though I cancelled and spoke to customer service over the phone. I kid you not 1 year later they are still trying to charge me the monthly fee, I actually had to have my bank block them. Yet I still see their attempt every month. read more

I honestly would have given 5 stars, but it's so busy there that the wait time is anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours for a session. As the demand grows, may so should the location. The beds are cleaned between each person and the staff is friendly even when overwhelmed. read more

Where to start...the awful inconsistent spray booths? The misinformation? The rude employees? Beyond dissapointed with this business, when I confronted them with my issues with the spray booths (only spraying half my body/no color change) they had no desire to rectify my issues. When i declined the post and prep option the man at the front desk snarled his nose and asked me why I wouldn't be paying extra...even though Ive been paying 70$ a month for dissapointment...I had to say I didnt have the money he laughed....i tried to freeze my account so i asked the person at the front desk how to do so she responded you have to wait until the first, i then tried to email my request and im told it has to be done before the 20th..even though i had already recieved an email saying my account would be frozen for October...customer service says this is an automated response?! So now im out another 70$ for services i might as well not be recieving. When you already pay 70+ a month i dont believe I should have to pay an extra 15$ per tan in order to achieve a color change. This business is an absolute mess that will not last much longer if these issues are not rectified. Judging by thier fb ratings i am far from the only one having issues. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND VISIT AN AT THE BEACH AND GET DECENT SERVICE!! read more

Obviously if you go at 5:00 in the evening you're gunna be waiting awhile, doesn't matter what salon you go to. Waiting can suck sometimes but that's because they're popular...You can't beat unlimited tanning, spray tans, and red light plus other spa beds for that price. The employees are all so sweet and always smiling, I love this place. They even have massage chairs in the waiting rooms so no complaints from me! Great staff, just not enough of them during the weekday lunch hour rush. Way too many customers for the 1 employee to check-in, clean beds, and enter new customers into the system. Should be a minimum of 2 working during the rush. One to check-in and one to clean beds between customers. I like Glo, but this Yukon location has 7 beds and over half of them have been down the whole time I've been coming here. I'm trying to tan for my wedding and it's hard when it's an evening or weekend rush and they only have 3 tanning beds available. It makes me be here for three times longer than i need to be waiting on a bed. I don't have time for that. I wish I would have known their beds are always down, I would have went somewhere else. I love their staff and it would be great if all their beds work but it's really disappointing their beds are always down. read more

The wait time is beyond ridiculous! The manager is so rude and she is the worst person I have ever had to deal with, she said "and" when I said my bed was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet when she put me in the bed. She is awful! They need new management and more beds! They need a manager who cares that the beds aren't clean! They use the same nasty wet sweat rag to clean every bed over and over, never getting a new rag. So all the sweat from each bed is on that same rag! So not sanitary at all and beyond disgusting! read more
