if you don't know a certain tech and make an appointment with that specific person they are lying…read moreto you about it your "appointment" you don't actually have one. when you don't ask for someone by name you are basically call ahead seating and girls up front aren't trained well enough to know that if at a certain time slot all techs are booked....they shouldn't make a "next available appointment" at that time slot. they also do not tell you any of this until you go and sit down and wait for 20 minutes when you made an appointment. just fair warning so you don't waste your time.

As a new client, I was treated rudely and given a clearly inexperienced tech (claimed to be licensed) who first cut my finger during the manicure. My fingers were a mess I admit, but she attacked them, hurting and injuring me all the while speaking in Vietnamese? Or in another language which makes me feel that the tech has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Then, the same tech is doing my Pedi...I was worried but went along. She cut my big toe so bad that I was bleeding all over the place! Meanwhile, they are doing maintenance on the Chairs right next to mine. Dirty workers, tools all over the floor I have to step over to get out. I could not believe they were carrying on this type of work while the place was crowded with customers. I wanted to get my GelX removed, replaced with a gel manicure, a 'luxury' pedicure and eyebrow wax. I am here visiting family and wanted to treat myself to some nice fresh nails and this place has good reviews. The girl was either Lynn or Laura based on the roster I saw, that had a only 2 appointments recorded for the day. The girl who did my nails was the one not wearing glasses. The shop was not busy. She immediately burned my pinky finger with the little roller thing, as she was moving the roller over my nails super fast, she didn't even apologize. She wrapped the nails in the alcohol and cotton to soak. I sat down for the pedicure and she lazily handed me a crusty, stained neck pillow that was too hot. Then she rushed my pedicure, not clipping my cuticles thoroughly, she didn't even cut all of my toenails. She didn't scrub my feet, the water was cold and not relaxing for my pedicure. I was clearly suffering with the nick in my pinky finger that she burned, I said multiple times it was stinging. The pedicure was not luxury whatsoever. When we got to the rest of the manicure, she was still moving too fast and when I mentioned this to her she said 'oh at the beginning i go fast, but then i go slower' (?!?!) which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, she didn't even get all the gel off my nails. She then sat there blaming ME for having 'sensitive nails' and tried making excuses for her awful job being done and I really didn't want to her it by this point. She was sitting there almost arguing with me, so I asked her to just finish please, that I changed my mind about the additional services. I decided I didn't want her to touch my face and canceled the eyebrow wax and getting any polish on my hands/feet, because seeing this experience so far, I wasn't going to pay more money for gel that will chip or fall off in 2 days and with her lack of care was showing me this was already a waste of money. The salon was also filthy, the floor dirty and stained as through it has not been swept or mopped in a few days, it certainly wasn't cleaned last night before they closed. The shop is crusty, tape holding stuff together everywhere. There is no way in hell this place has real awards. No way, it was disgusting and disappointing. She didn't even file them properly. I had to come back hoe and fix them myself. Not worth the $80 in ANY WAY. If you don't want to be a nail technician - get another job. I drove 20 minutes to get here too because it seemed like a good bet. I was wrong. Don't go here!!

Katie gave my two year old son his first haircut and was so patient with him and turned what could have been a stressful situation into something easy and fun for him! Then today I went to get my nails done with Ana. It was by far the best nail experience I ever had. She made me feel so welcome and conversing with her was easy. She did a fantastic job on my nails and I couldn't be happier. I couldn't recommend this place enough!!!!! They really take amazing care of you and make you feel like they have known you for years. I'd give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

The polish scraped right off. With no remover, no picking, it literally stuck to my shoe. AND, they didn't even remove all my old polish.
