In short terms: Cali Nails goes above and beyond to satisfy customers and keep them coming back. This first visit already has me a loyal customer. I was so grateful to find a place to redo my sad looking gel manicure on a Sunday. I called ahead and they told me that they stop taking people at 4 on Sundays, and told me to come in right at 4. I was running a bit late and was worried they would be annoyed when I rushed through the door at ten after 4. They were happy to see me and still had clients sitting and waiting anyways. I was seated and attended to immediately. Hong was the lady working with me, she was wonderful. We had great conversation throughout my appointment. My previous gel manicure was way too thick and she was very careful and thorough when removing it all. My manicure was flawless. The $25 gel manicure includes the manicure, so you're not hit with another $12 just to get your hands looking nice. One thing that puts them above and beyond expectation is not only the care they use, but they guarantee your gel mani for 2 weeks and will touch it up free of charge. That hit me as such good customer service. I will most certainly be back to see Hong, I was so pleased with her work. I'm sure everyone here is just as skilled and pleasant. You won't ever go anywhere else. read more

Cali Nails - My first of many gel manicures at Cali Nails. Done by Hong. Flawless all the way around. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

I was in there today and was accused of steeling a bottle of nail polish I was looking at while my nails were drying the owner or manager asked to search my hand bag Of course nothing but my own belongings were in it Then she found the bottle and said it was in the wrong place but never apologized all that in front of other clients who might have been my neighbors I was quite upset as I never was treated like that so rudely and told her loud and clear that I would never set foot in the salon ever again read more

Very gentle and patient. I have 1 toenail that is a problem child and Hong has worked very hard for healthiest outcome. 100 times better since I started with her 8 months ago. Took me 9 years to find someone I would go back to a 2nd time. Love the environment. Ty raises miniature trees. It is a happy place, where you feel embraced and not just a visitor to a foreign country. read more

Mr. Ty is highly recommended. Will see him again soon for pedicure and manicure. He does a nice job which is appreciated. Very patient while completing his work. Thanks! read more

Went to CALI nails yesterday. I made an appointment first . It seems like most places are busy so an appointment is necessary. I had the pleasure of Hong to give me my pedicure. She's an absolute sweetheart and very good and meticulous at what she does! It took me over three years to finally find somebody to give a good pedicure and personable. We had pleasant conversations. it's a small place but well worth your time going. It was just her and another manicurist there. Best to make an appointment a couple of days in advance if you can. She says they're not really busy on Saturdays so everybody that likes to go on Saturdays give them a call. I will definitely be only going here. The place was clean and they had lots of nail polish to choose from. That's another thing you go somewhere and they hardly have any nail polishes or they're all used up. Hopefully you enjoy your services as much as I did. Kim read more

The absolute worst mani pedi ever!! The lady didn't understand what I was saying and didn't care. I have polish in my cuticles and my nails are smudged in three spots. I tried to communicate but she showed me the door. The salo. Does not use any disinfectant anywhere, I saw her give a little rinse and wipe dry and the put back in the box with the rest of her tools. Filthy tools!! Does no one notice? read more

I picked this place due to the positive yelp reviews. Sadly, my experience was not positive. My aunt and I made an appointment for a regular manicure and a gel manicure. We arrive to have the same woman juggle doing both of our nails. Then, when her other appointment came in, she pushed me off on another person to fin sh my manicure. He then had an appointment come in and rushed through my gel polish. If you don't plan to be a regular at this place, don't go. They seem to only cater to their regulars, even when you make an appointment. read more

Cali Nails - Very disappointed in my gel manicure. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

The four of us went here this afternoon for mani pedis. It wasn't crowded. 2 customers. Two workers were there. We stood there for 5 minutes and they ignored us. I tried to talk to her but she turned away and talked to someone else. We walked out and they didn't care. I guess they don't need the business. read more

I was more than pleased and very impressed with the full set I received today! They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this nail salon! Thanks again! read more

Cali Nails - I can't get enough of this gorgeous look! Highly recommend this place! - Nail Salons Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

I recommend Cali Nails. They always do a very good job. RIght now you must have an appointment. They also distance their customers. They have always been a super clean place so easy for them to stay on top of the extra cleaning. Thai, Hong, Trang and Flower have all done a great job on my nails. I have natural nails. I do know others who use the gel polishes and are also pleased. read more

The lady who did my eyebrows today instead of following my natural brow she arched them to the point of them looking like a clowns eyebrows. As someone that does eyebrows, you always follow the same guide as the eyebrow they come with unless client asks for otherwise. Still paid because the business isn't at fault for her inexperienced or ignorance. read more

Cheap price on Shellac: only $20. However, the girl who did my nails didn't do that great of a job. She didn't clean up around the edges (pet peeve of mine). And..she talked on the phone and texted during my nail appointment. She did a better job on my spa pedicure which was $30. Mediocre experience. read more

Thuy and several others from Bella came here and make this unbeatable for manis and pedis. Amazing foot/leg massage/treatment - set aside a good hour for this special treat!! read more

Thai is truly gifted with what he does. He is pleasant and has a great attention to detail. Cali is the only place I'll go now to get my gel fill and shellac. The can always fit me in and everyone I've had does a great job. read more

Still love this place and it's still my first stop off the plane! Got my brows done this time too and they did a fab job. Kinda dated décor but it doesn't matter because they do such a fine job. I'll come back and recommend for years to come. They have a nice selection of OPI. read more

Came in for a last minute French mani pedi before my wedding! They took me right away! Massage chair was really nice. The tech was so nice and very fast! Lots of "regulars" came in and they knew them by name! Such friendly staff! Def recommend! read more

Have been going to this salon for two years. So happy with everything here. The staff is kind and caring and the workmanship is excellent.

This place is the Best place ever. Everyone is so amazing, nice and friendly. The price is well worth it. The owners go above and beyond for their customers. Amazing people and place. I suggest you try this place once, you will not go anywhere else. Cali Nails ROCKS. read more

I found Cali when I was vacationing on Anna Maria Island in January. My elderly mother and I needed a mani/pedi pronto and they were able to accommodate us on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The nail techs we each had, and I am sorry I can't remember their names, were gentle, thorough and took their time. I can honestly say that this was better than any high end salons I have been to. $35 for mani/pedi at this level of quality cannot be beat. read more

Awesome customer service! ..good English! ...awesome job...pedi lasted about an hour!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Cali Nails today! The staff really does go above and beyond to satisfy customers. It was a beautiful day outside and the door was cracked. I was wearing shorts and during my pedicure they asked if I was cold and I told them I was ok, but a woman brought a towel to put on my legs anyway "just in case"! I thought it was such a nice gesture. They were also really helpful with finding just the right natural pink color for the gel polish and the staff was so happy and pleasant. Thai did my manicure and pedicure, he was very thorough, gentle and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be going back! read more

I always get my nails done by Tai. He always goes above and beyond with my mani-pedi! He knows I don't get to treat myself often and always does an extra special job the few times a year I get to go. Awesome nails, massage and service every time I go there! read more

Cream of the crop staff from Bella. Quality and precision manicure and relaxing pedicure. Decor needs a little modern update, but I will forgo that to get the professional attention you get or uncheck an incredibly low price, read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I called in advance to ask about the price of a gel mani AND pedi and was told $50.00 I reiterated that I wanted Gel ON BOTH. I then asked if they did nail art, they said yes. When I got there and showed them the picture (it was just a triangle on my ring finger. They said "too hard, pick something new"). So, I only got a pedicure. When I went to pay they charged me $40.00 they down right lied to me on the phone. Very disappointed. Although the foot rub was nice... read more

I was in and out in 20 minutes for a 25 dollar pedicure I was extremely disappointed after all these great reviews. Horrible. Horrible. I felt rushed. Not worth your time. read more

My sister and I went in for gel pedicures and I also got a gel manicure. They got us in the same day no problem. The ladies in the shop are very kind and do a decent job - the nail work was very good but the message was short and unnoticeable. Thought the prices were high for the lack of massage work. Wanted to try another place in Sarasota but they were booked. :(. Probably wouldn't go back here again. read more

Went in for a mani-pedi. The pedicure was average. The manicure was a mess. He didn't clean around the edges at all. There was no color on the edge of the nails, a pet peeve of mine. And it seemed as though he couldn't get rid of me fast enough, although I was very polite and even left a tip. I could never tell if the man was listening to me, or even if he understood half of what I said. But there was enough chatter in their native tongue to fill the room. I will never go back. read more

I have been visiting my son here in Bradenton from my home in St. Augustine. I was in dire need of a pedicure and today, August 23, 2016, found Cali Nails next to the Bealls store where I was shopping on Manatee Avenue. It was 5:55 and the sign said they closed at 6 but they had several patrons inside and welcomed me in. My last pedicure in St. Augustine was NOT a good one (took the girl 20 minutes) and as such I really needed some attention. Was I EVER given it! This was the BEST pedicure I have ever had outside of a pricey day spa experience. It took almost an hour and the manicurist kept checking, "Does it hurt here, because I really need to do some work in this spot." Turns out she was a nurse in Vietnam! It was like I was at the DENTIST, not at a nail spa!! And the price? $25.00!! It was pouring rain when I was finished around 7 and waited for it to subside...I saw how thoroughly they cleaned this salon!! They were still at it when I left around 7:30. I was also given a frequent patron card which provides $10.00 off after 10 services. Appointments suggested as they were saying how full they are over the next few days....and I'm sure that's common and for good reason. This is a quality place and could easily charge much more. Visit and you will NOT be disappointed. read more
