Dr. Heck told me I just needed old fillings replaced, and the treatment plan will cost me under $2k. I encourage anyone to a) get a second opinion always and b) see Dr. Heck! She is honest, and caring and kind and personable. I look forward to have my treatment plan done by her and I despise the dentist! Also, the office is comfortable and quiet which is the complete opposite of the other office I visited which was loud and chaotic.

The new plan was a healthier more cautious route as well as more cost effective. They have a "calming menu" where you can request a blanket, headphones, warm neck pillow, etc. for more comfort and dental anxiety which I think we all can agree that we all get! Definitely recommend!

They even did a same-day fit in for my friend who broke her tooth and fixed my friend's loose bracket on her braces that was visiting from PERU at no charge! 3) Dr. Ip- T.H.E. B.E.S.T. I've never been to a dentist that I've trusted more. He is SO honest and does not try to up-sell you. I've had so many concerns about my teeth and Dr. Ip takes the time to explain which ones I don't need to fret over and which ones are more pressing to correct. Go to SMILE 360!

No doubt best dentist experiences of my life. All staff at the Hills are helpful, personable and…read moreprofessional. Although I have received care from Dr. Winters, my primary dentist here is Dr. Grahl. He and his dental assistant have provided gentle, effective care, and the knowledge that they possess about state-of-the art dentistry is unparalleled to any other I've experienced. I've undergone general cleanings, laser therapy for gums, removal of amalgam fillings, partial porcelain crowns and am currently undergoing treatment with AGGA, which entails monthly visits for the next year at minimum. (I've also even received terrific massages here.) The environment at the office is smooth and relaxing, which is certainly not the norm in dentistry. (The aromatherapy always smells so nice, I can request the music in the exam room and even enjoy a hot neck wrap). All my questions are truly heard and satisfactorily addressed. I am confident that I am receiving the best care at the Hills and feel fortunate that they were able to take me on as a patient. Highly recommend!

Be very wary of places claiming they can "fix" all your TMJ/TMD problems…read more I was really looking forward to this appt, but unfortunately left feeling like I was being sold an extremely expensive solution rather than evaluated for a medical problem. The in-person consultation at Hills Dental was conducted by a "patient advocate," not a dental professional. Despite having chronic pain, I was told what was supposedly causing it without scans, imaging, or in-depth examination. The proposed treatments ranged from roughly $8k to $65k out of pocket--with no guarantee of results. They dismissed my dentist-provided custom mouthguard as "just a piece of plastic," then tried to sell me their own "special" plastic mouthguard for roughly 16x the cost. They acknowledged surgery is expensive with no guarantee, then offered a similarly expensive "non-surgical" alternative that also had no guarantee and wasn't covered by insurance. I understand that TMJ/TMD is complicated and that treatment isn't one-size-fits-all. But when you're dealing with chronic pain, it's dishearening to see practitioners selling $8K-$65K solutions without what felt like an appropriate diagnostic evaluation by an actual professional.

Yes, my appointment was from 10-11, but it got started at 10:50 The teeth whitening was one of the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I was actually wondering if it was suppose to feel like torture. Apparently, my mouth guard wasn't in place and while I was left to my own device, I was also suffering away as my gums burned and burned. I wish someone, anyone had just preface - that BURNING is not normal. I was almost in tears by the time I jump out of my seat and nearly ripped off the mouth guard, and whimpering before the tech came to check on me. My bottom gums were all either bleached white or burned. Invisalign is a huge investment - my invoice 7k or over from Swish and I really think that your local dentist could do it for cheaper (the discounts/deal isn't great bc they have such a high mark up), and you probably won't be tortured and left with WHITE GUMS after a simple whitening.

I was a patient of this dental office for eight years and would have given it a five star review…read moreuntil recently. I was in a period in my life where I did not have dental insurance so I was a cash pay patient. When I went in the last time, they insisted that I have x-rays and that if I didn't, they were not "running the business as they were taught ". So as it turns out, Dr. Peters wouldn't even clean my teeth! She talked to me like I was an errant child who was misbehaving. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I reached out to the owner of the practice and she called me back and apologized for how things happened and even offered to do the x-rays for free. Although I greatly appreciate that, I have no desire to go back and have to see Dr. Peter's. So I advise if you go to this practice make sure you have health insurance or unlimited money because people who don't are not really welcome.
