We were originally told one week but every time we called for an update the timing changed. After we voiced displeasure they started talking about trying to sell us another machine. My warranty claim was denied because the LED component that failed on the PC is considered "cosmetic" damage and is not covered despite the fact multiple techs have stated that the standard repair procedure was to just replace the case, not to mention I was sold the protection plan under the pretense that it covers anything that can happen to your PC. I checked in my PC at around 11AM and got a text notifying me of this resolution at around 6PM. They did replace my CPU cooler which was suffering from rattling, though they also damaged the backplate on my 5090 while doing so. I have spent a good amount of money and time on this store but I will unfortunately just go back to ordering from Amazon/Newegg and doing things myself because of this experience, and advise anyone reading this to steer clear of the extended warranty (which they will not honor if they can't replicate your issue in store, despite having video evidence).
