He finally charged me $175 for diagnosing my computer(the price menu shows $45 for diagnostics in the store). After I declined to pay $175 for only diagnosing my computer and wanted my computer back, he picked up a hammer to threaten my life(see the picture attached! Horrible!) I called 911, the police officers said they can only protect my life but they cannot do anything with bill disagreement. In the end I had to pay $175 to get my pc back, and I will sue the store once the court reopens.

He looked for an easy route for cabling without cutting the drywall. He found a way to route the ethernet cable through ceilings and closets and finally through to the garage wall adjacent to my Den office, He worked for at least 2-3 hours to complete this job.
