I would give 0 stars if possible. Left my designer trench…read morecoat to be dry cleaned (emphasized that it needs to be handled with care) and they damaged all the buttons and replaced one completely. This is the worst experience I had at a dry cleaners. I understand situations happen - what's more important is how the business takes care of matters afterwards. I called the next day at 8 am to share my concern and as I'm speaking to the employee, they do not want to compensate for the damage to get the buttons replaced but instead, asked me to drop off so they can replace them at their store. If it was a non-designer item, I don't have a problem getting the buttons replaced. However, a designer item is expensive and should uphold the same quality. That is why it's called a designer item. My complaint is clear, my jacket is damaged from the entire front, wrist area, and shoulder area. It's not just one button, all of them are damaged. The owner, Zach refuses to accept any of my video/pictures and would rather have me drop it off at the store so they can examine or come to my home to see "how they can fix it." Got a hold of the owner, Zach and he begins speaking to me in another language which I thought was quite rude and was very unprofessional. No apology offered, no compensation offered and was coming off in an aggressive manner which I did not appreciate. I will never be visiting this business again.

Instead of handling it professionally, the owner, Zach, was defensive and unprofessional. If you want your clothes treated with care and honesty, I'd recommend going somewhere else, like Milt & Eddie's.
