But why would I go back after I was repeatedly shouted at to "get the hell out", take my business elsewhere, and eventually threatening to be sued? The younger guy is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Calling customers and their comments "annoying", "condescending", and "nasty" isn't a good look. (See response below and attached text message.) The owners Vanik and Narine were so welcoming and kind and helped me repair my tuxedo and dress shirt that was ripped at a previous event. They took the time to explain to me what the repair entailed and made sure that I understood what could be done. When I came to pick up my clothes, they looked brand new. Every single item was repaired and sewn into its former condition and they cleaned and pressed it perfectly. I couldn't tell a difference from when I first bought it to when I picked it up.
