One of the few shops around that will give you an estimate and stick to it. If he says something needs to be fixed, then it does. And same goes for if he says it doesn't yet need work, then he leaves you with the option of repairing something and paying for something that didn't really need to be done. We stopped here at A-1 Brightside and they put the truck up on their lift and checked the transmission fluid. Fluid level was fine so they did some on-line research to avoid having to do a complete transmission analysis and gave us some very good suggestions. We tried those for the rest of our trip and the light never came on again. Very nice, respectful and the best was - NO charge. They said no charge as all they "really" did was check the fluid level. It took longer to write up the estimate than to install the door handle. They literally told me that they would not have anyone available FOR 10 MINUTES until Tuesday of next week.
