Don't come here!!!! Trees are half dead and way over priced. Tried to buy a 3-4 ft tree that I thought was $45. After getting to the register it was actually $65 plus $25 for the stand, coming to $99.20. Yeah, you read that right! $99.20 for a 3-4 ft half dead tree. As I was trying to wrap my brain on how this could possibly be so my credit card was ran for the amount due. I then told the woman there ( I assume was one of the owners). How this was robbery and I wanted my money back. She told me I would have to come back tomorrow to get my refund because she needed to wait for it to process. Clearly my CC had processed or the transaction wouldn't have been approved nor would of the machine print out a receipt. After having to basically tell her I wasn't leaving till I got my money back she had an employee refund my money. I can totally understand the expense for a tree, they aren't cheap. But this is highway robbery considering I went over to another lot just about 10 min away (Franklin Hills Christmas Tree) and got the same height, fresh and green and supper full for $42 with the stand. Don't come here unless you want to get ripped off! read more

Every year they have great services, the best looking trees for a great price. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! First of all, a great PHOTO opp- they decorate the place so beautifully! Second, GREAT customer service. Abo and Lazar helped us with the tree and we couldn't be any happier. They were nice, sweet, young guys and they showed us some new trees and packed up everything all under 30 minutes! They had a great choice too. The prices are great too and our tree has lasted 4 weeks and still going strong! I am going to keep it until the end of January I love it so much! I don't understand all the positive reviews? I would give negative stars had I the option. The workers are all rude and don't understand the meaning of customer service. They will only open 1 tree and force you to buy it. When you ask for a second to compare answer is no followed by there are cameras and boss won't let us lol it's really sad they charge $180 to $225 but can't get the tree you want. That doesn't even include the $25 stand bogus fee. Plentyee shops around avoid this one like the plague. read more

These guys are amazing!! Some of the most beautiful trees I've ever seen outside of an actual forest. If you're in the Holiday spirit avoid this place like the plague. Worst Christmas experience ever as I'm Christmas tree shopping with my wife and two very young children; who needs to fight over a Christmas tree? Nevertheless, that's what it nearly came to at this lot where I had the pleasure of meeting one extremely rude and obnoxious woman who also wanted the same tree my family and I had picked out. To make matters worse her brother thinks it's appropriate to put hands on people while there are heated discussions going on. To add insult to injury the staff arrives (3 of them) to "assist" and begin speaking Armenian to the other group of people. I am not Armenian and knew right then and there there is no use in making a case for this tree (why don't people know it's rude to speak a language people in the conversation can't understand?) I don't know what kind of Christmas "that's my tree bro!" family enjoys, but I like my Christmas' sans arguments and bloodshed thank you very much. Needless to say, if I could give this place zero stars I would. And it's a shame because we've lived in Glendale for 4 years and we've bought our tree here every year.
