I heard about Evis online, someone had posted a video that looked unreal, like a Christmas explosion and I had to see it for myself. This place has its own parking lot which is convenient. When you walk inside you are surrounded by all things Christmas decor. Even though it is a sensory overload, they do divide each room by color themes. You can find all the pink/candy decor in one area, frosty white decor in another, red candy cane, forest green, black and white checkered and more. The details on these items are beautiful, especially the glittery flower stems. Some are even just made of jewels. You could spend a lot of time just taking it all in, just be careful not to get glitter in your eyes as there is a ton of glittery merchandise. I ended up getting enough stems to fill two vases and I would highly recommend anyone who loves Christmas decor to come and enjoy this great store. read more

This is an overdue review, but I was recently reminded of how many people rely on this review process to make decisions on where they want to spend their time and money. I do. Right around the Christmas holiday, I was looking for a little Christmas adventure for myself and my girls. I went to Yelp to see what l could find when EVIS design popped up. I was surprised that I hadn't heard of this place sooner, it is right in my neck of the woods. when we arrived, I felt I was walking into Willy Wonka's candy shop, except instead of candy it was filled with the most wonderfully sparkly, enchanting Christmas decorations of all kinds. I have never seen such beautiful displays, filling room upon room. I didn't want to leave. And of course I couldn't leave without buying several things. It's coming up on Easter and I'm thinking I should pop in to see what they might have on display. I'll let you know. read more

Holy S***! Do you love xmas? Do you love Willy Wonka? This is the xmas version of Wonka! It's beautiful and magical. There are affordable finds and expensive ones too. But, the expensive ones are hand painted and exquisite! I could spend hours and thousands of dollars in here. I spent about 30 minutes and$ 250! I will definitely return for their spring display. From what I can tell from the pictures on the internet, the store looks lovely. However, I ordered the 44" Snow Twig branch, and I will be donating it to Goodwill instead of putting it on my tree. This place is simply awful. It attracts you from the street with its fancy looking pieces. But once you're inside it's an overwhelming mess. After picking a few--albeit severely overpriced--items, I noticed they have a "no return and no exchange policy". That's just ridiculous. I realized I couldn't gift the purchases. I ended up leaving after the owner said it's a firm policy--no exceptions. I'd rather treat my friends to gifts that they have some flexibility over. After spending that much money on decorative stuff (which really is a matter I'd taste), I refused to take the risk. There are plenty of other places to shop. read more

Died and went to Christmas heaven!!!! In my 37 years of existence, I have never been more in love with my tree. My first time shopping there and I can't even begin to describe how gorgeous everything was inside and such a huge variety. Amazing customer service. I was in such awe at the winter wonderland, I didn't see the many signs that said "no refunds or exchanges" (which completely makes sense as people will use products and return them when they get bored or claim to be "broken"). The sweet lady made an exception and exchanged it anyway. As far as the 50% off: welcome to marketing 101. What do you think the huge department stores do during their "half yearly sale" and "end of the year sales"? They mark up products and make us happy when we find it on "sale". I would still pay FULL price for those unique gorgeous ornaments. Looking forward to next year. read more

Alright, this place is full of overpriced, decorative JUNK. And the scam? Everything is always 50% off (what a stupid business model). And once you buy--that's it. No exchanges, no returns. Such an outdated and greedy concept. They can't even stand by their own items to do a mere exchange for a gift. Don't bother. You can find the same stuff at discount stores for a fraction of the price. And those places? They have at least a 30 day return policy. If not, at least an exchange option or store credit. So unless you're buying this gaudy stuff for yourself, don't subject your friends and families to their archaic return and exchange policy. I learned the hard way. read more

Customer service!!!! I'm not a person to usually write reviews but this one I just had to. Store is beautiful no questions about it... but the customer service there is horrible and the lady working there is very rude. I had bought a Christmas tree a couple of days again it was one with the lights on it. When I came home opened the box put it together the middle section did not light. So I called the store back and asked to take it in. The RUDE lady said come at 9:00pm so I don't have customers here.. well I went 20 mins before 9:00pm and what does she say " I said come at 9:00pm chek haskanum" ( you don't understand) Anyway so we put the tree together at the store and all the light turned on. So we came home with the same tree. Got home put the tree up and the lights all worked, but once you touched it the lights would go off. So there was a problem with the wires. We called back and had a long talk with them and they said bring it back we will give you a new tree. So sure enough I took the old one back got a " new " one and came home. Put the tree up and of course none of the lights work on this one. I called the store and spoke to the RUDE lady and explained to her. She said come back I will give you some of the money back and you can shop for the remaining of the money. I went back and walked in the store. She said "GET OUT OF MY STORE YOUR MONEY IS OUTSIDE AND NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! GOODBYE FOREVER " So after they sold me a bad tree and kept me from enjoying my Christmas decorations for the past week .. I go and still try to shop from them but the RUDE lady kicks me out the store and embarrasses me even though I'm not at fault !!! There are many stores around nowadays with the same nice decorations plus better customer services so please work on that more and I'm sure you will keep more customers around. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has been disrespected in that store !!! read more

This place has the worst customer service. I bought some lights from there, and when I tried to return them because they were the wrong size, the lady in charge said they don't take any returns. She was rude and even insulted me. They don't have a clear sign that says items can't be returned, nor does their receipt say that. I had to call my lawyer to force them to accept my return, and when I finally returned it, she gave me one heck of an attitude. I'll never shop there again!
