He was very responsive after I first sent him pictures of our house detailing where I wanted the lights to go, and then he followed up with a quick visit to go over all of the details. We both have busy work schedules however Michael constantly kept in touch to see when his team could squeeze me in for installation and we finally got it done! Jesse and his team were seriously amazing! I contacted him around Thanksgiving (already a little late to be searching!) and he and his team were able to come out by December 1 to do our installation. I got multiple quotes and they were the cheapest and easiest to work with. I just texted Jesse a picture of my house and description of what I wanted. I have a new baby at home and really wanted to make her first Christmas special. I had some specific requests as to what I wanted (snowman, reindeer figures in addition to string lights) and they totally delivered! My house looks like something from a Christmas movie!!! Their work is neat and clean, and they worked through the rain to get the job done in less than 3 hours. Afterward they even swept my driveway to make everything look perfect. Needed last minute Christmas lights installed for my boss. Everywhere else wanted to charge me double or triple the quote than what Jesse and Mike quoted me. I spoke with them to get a quote on a Wednesday and the lights were installed on a Friday. I coordinated everything via text and was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were to respond. Mike and Jesse saved Christmas for us this year. The company we had used for the last 4 years to put up our Christmas lights suddenly went MIA this year. I found Mike and Jesse on Yelp and sent them a random text with pictures of our previous years' installation. Mike responded within MINUTES and said he would get back to me shortly with a bid (when he got down from the roof where he was doing an installation). And he did. His quote was fair, and I trusted the reviews on Yelp and hired them. They came the next day and did an AMAZING job. Fixed some of the questionable installation techniques of the previous company, replaced bulbs as needed, set the timers, upgraded the set up and all of this in just a few hours. They not only do great work, they are just awesome people and I enjoyed having them here working on the job. Another covid silver lining. I found Mike and Jesse ... our new go-to guys for Christmas lights (and maybe more?) installations!! read more

I didn't end up using the company bc it was way too expensive considering we don't get to keep the lights at the end of the season. I really wish we could have to make the season more spectacular but they wouldn't budge on the cost. I was shocked to hear a quote of $1500. I would think that we would get to keep some of the merchandise used for the lighting at the least but sad to say no. I wish they would consider lowering the price so it's a win-win for both parties but we sadly couldn't come to an agreement. But I'm sure they do an amazing job when they do decorate.
