Steve answered my call on a Saturday morning and was over within a couple hours. He took the time to really investigate the problem and found a burned connection inside the AC disconnect that everyone else had missed. He made a temporary repair to get my AC safely running again while we wait for the replacement disconnect, and after running for hours in 100+ degree weather, the breaker hasn't tripped once. He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and offered ideas about what would look best in my backyard. I felt like I was getting genuine advice rather than a sales pitch.
