Everybody: doctor, optician, and front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor is really special: aesthetic, great sense of humor, and most importantly, very competent. She also explains everything very aptly. My vision, with the new prescription and lens coating, is the clearest it has been in ages. I came here as a new patient. There are so many optometry places that it's overwhelming. I also haven't had an eye exam since 2019 because of the pandemic and am on my last pair of contacts. So I was waiting to get the brunt of it all. My husbands eye exam was before mine and he just had nothing but good things to say, so I had to see it for myself. This is a review for the last time I went to their office in 2019, but I recently called to schedule my annual exam, and remembered how much I wanted to review how amazing their office is! (Also, have to mention: they're being extremely safe and taking many precautions due to COVID, such as mask requirements, limiting patients, disinfection, curbside pick-up of glasses and contacts, etc.) I saw Dr. Javadian for my annual eye exam, and she was SO sweet, so thorough and took the time to really make sure I was comfortable. She answered my many questions about the different contact lenses, my astigmatism, etc. The entire staff is truly one of the most friendly and professional I've ever encountered, it honestly kind of blew me away. They also notified me that with my prescription and insurance, I was eligible for medically necessary contacts, which literally saved me hundreds of dollars! Incredible. I don't know how the people are giving her 5 start ? 5 start only for her look and her sweet attitude only but for exam and experience is 0 star we hade great vision insurance and we use to go to Glendale eye medical group they are great 5 start they never charge us extra only co pay 10 $ the rest are Free but Ani Halabi charge us 400 $ extra and the eye glasses didn't work we took back so she can correct the lenses she just ignored our insurance package has correction lenses two time for free but she didn't accept I only went to her because was walking distance and to support her but I was wrong this year we are going back to our regular optometry. read more

When I called to make my appointment, I had questions about insurance options and the receptionist was helpful. She made a few calls to check on it for me and called me right back. Her equipment is state of the art and she spent time explaining each process of the examination with me. I was grateful for her patience in answering all my questions when I found out I no longer had 20/20 vision (gasp!) Dr. Halabi is truly an amazing optometrist and human being in general. I found her on Yelp last year when my plan changed and I was in need of a new optometrist, so my first visit was early last year and I visited again today for my annual. Her staff is super nice. I was running late because of lovely LA traffic and when I called to let them know, the girl at the front desk (Christine) was super nice and understanding. The office is really clean and professional. While I waited for Dr. Halabi to call me in, another one of her staff members (also Christine) was so friendly and eager to help me find a new pair of frames. She was the sweetest woman ever! During my appointment with Dr. Halabi, she examined my eyes and advised me on what exactly I need so I don't overpay. It's very clear that Dr. Halabi loves her job and it shows because she's really good! She spent so much time talking to me, both about eye care and about life in general!
