Let me tell you for a clumsy kind of guy I am I've taken a lot of dress shirts, pants jerseys.... with stains all over them and they have taken care of everything for me even stains that I thought would never come out, but they worked wonders and I will never trust anybody else with my clothes, even if I have to go out of my way to get there. for a place as busy as this one you are always welcomed from the second you walk in , Hamlet the owner is on top of his game he greets all of his customers with their first name, he offers a fast and friendly service with reasonable prices, there is always parking available in front of the store. Alterations to my white blazer w/ black lapels...awesome job! Same day shirt press...knows me by name...the older cat-daddy & his son....opens @ 7am & always accommodating! Plus it's next to the dollar store & one of my fav little markets/convenient stores. The only thing is my stuff is rarely ready when I come to pick it up when they say, so I tend to wait an extra day or two, if I'm not in a rush, to make sure my stuff will be ready for pick-up. I have beautiful delicate clothes... mostly hand picked vintage... and yes, they demand attention and respect. I have left several dry cleaners because I felt that their service was poor. My mother recommended this one... so I went there with 33 pieces of clothing ... Lace, Tulle, Taffeta, and Silk. They did an amazing job. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. I thought I would give this place a shot because they had a couple of good reviews and good pricing advertised on their website. I took my clothes and a comforter in on a Monday. He said they would be ready on a Thursday. I went back on Saturday to pick everything up. My clothes were ready, but the comforter was not. He said he just didn't have time to get around to it. Later when I was putting on one of my freshly cleaned blouses, I noticed that he had a large burn mark on one of the sleeves. I didn't bother going back because i didn't want to deal with the hassle again. However, I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

Friendly and honest people work here. Each time I have gone here I have received great service and honest prices. One time I went here and I was quoted $40, which I agreed to, but when I came in to pick up my cloths it was reduced to $32. And again today I came in, expecting to pay $60 but paid only $40. They reduced the price because some of my shirts only needed laundry/machine wash. They did not have to do this - I had already agreed to the other price. This is a rare thing to find. And, on top of this, their prices are excellent; I would have probably paid double at most other places. Overall they do a great job - I have no complaints.
