Since Sam G. has done a great job describing the park I will focus my review on the primary reason I make the walk to WC, the dog park subdivision. The entrance areas to the fenced in dog area were recently improved with concrete pads, making coming and going on mucky days much more pleasant. The entrances have the double gate system with, as other dog owners know, makes releasing the hounds much easier. The fenced in area itself is huge, maybe the size of a football field? There are a couple benches for humans and also a shaded area by the tennis courts. Best part is that the area is covered in grass! Outside the off-leash area there are lots of other places to go walking with a dog, including down the ravine and along the path towards Loblaws. One minus is the drinking fountain, complete with dog bowl at bottom, is outside the fenced area. Parking along that stretch of St. Clair W is dicey depending on time of day so I'd recommend walking there if you can.

It's a great open space in Toronto, on top of a hill, so there are beautiful views…read more We go to the dog park regularly because it's close and quite large. The only fault is that only half of the dog park has wood chips so it can get really muddy in the spring time. Dog owners are courteous and mindful, and it's a friendly place to take your dog to. Whether your dog is a social butterfly or just wants to wander around on their own, the dog park is big and spacious so they can let loose and do their thing.

About 5 years into my squash career, I got some lessons, fixed a bunch of things and slowly got better. I had been able to take my game to a relatively strong level of squash, but I just couldn't seem to break into feeling comfortable at the A level. With some very subtle tweaks, and some not so subtle, Shahier was able to break down inefficiencies in both my swing and my movement. After working on and applying my newly acquired knowledge, I saw massive improvements in my ability to hit the ball with much greater accuracy, weight of shot, and (when needed) effortless power. I can't say enough about my experiences at the Squash Revolution camp. I've attended the Toronto camp 3 years in a row and plan on a fourth. I learn something new and invaluable every time. One on one coaching, great drills, match strategy, footwork, technical and to end off, you get to have Shahier grind you to exhaustion in game play. Shahier is a former top PSA player -his squash skills and knowledge are at the highest level. See you next summer.

Shahier teams up with Amr Shabana, Greg Gaultier, Shona Kerr (Wesleyan) & the rest of the team. Unbelievable experience to move from a good to great player. My son also takes lesson from Shahier at Squash Revolution, Ryerson. Great advice on drills, mental prep, physical training & match play. Shahier has a positive energy & outlook to improve weaknesses & continue to build strengths. Incredibly motivating, smart, kind & funny. A superb mentor & coach for our son!
