After responding to a customer service survey *they* sent me and giving them a low review, he cancels my follow up appointment and says we'll just give you a refund on a Saturday night for Monday morning after I had already taken off time from work. I explain to him what I want is them to actually fix the issue. Despite his aggressive and threatening tone I just want the issue dealt with so I agree to allow them to come back on Monday to address it and on Sunday. They cancel on once again and make an appointment for a different date without checking with me first if it works after I've already explained to them multiple times I need to take time off from work and. Absolutely incompetent. I was able to find a local responsive pest service to come out on short notice and ask them to cancel the appointment and refund me and all of a sudden they can't. Its absolutely embarrassing that a national brand like Orkin has these types of people working in their local offices. Appalling customer service. I leaned on the side of national branding but probably should have paid more attention the reviews here.
