I used the Facebook page for this business as they have no website and asked about the availability of dart boards and the cost to use them. My first message was read and completely ignored. So, sarcastically thanked them for their help. I was then met with an unintelligible response and an equally sarcastic remark "I look forward to your speedy response". They then stated that they didn't bother answering my question because even though they have dart boards, it's not worth their while unless the people using them buy enough from the bar. The person messaging me had absolutely no skill in customer service. The conclusion? They have told me they will remove the dart boards so I cannot use them. If this is the response to a simple question, god only knows how they are running the other aspects of the business.
