They play in nice bright red, and have a pretty loyal, if small, fan base. I've seen them live only once, and that was in an away game which they drew. They weren't remarkable, but they do mean something to those travelling fans. I once spoke to their groundsman for 45 mins or so, and he told me a lot of inside info that I'm not allowed to repeat on Yelp! Formed in 1906, they play to 4k in red, and they've won the second tier a few times but have nnever really achieved anything. It turns out Brechin is not even a city which is funny, it does have a cathedral though and that's shown on the badge. And please, don't break my heart, my achy Brechin heart.

And with so much to see and do my review probably won't do it justice, but I'll give it a whirl... The Scottish Game Fair is undoubtedly Scotland's largest Game Fair and rocks up at Scone the first weekend in July each year. Set with the stunning Scone Palace on one side and the River Tay on the other, it's setting alone makes it worth a visit. On the day entry is £19 for an adult, children are £5 or having just checked, £40 for a family ticket, so not the cheapest but worth it in my view. Heads up, you can usually buy online in advance with a few ££ knocked off. Okay so first off, there's actually LOADS for kids - trampolines, inflatable castles, crocodiles and octopuses (I kid not, wish I'd taken a pic now!), archery, climbing, segways and mini-carts to name but a few. For grown-up kids, try your hand at clay-pigeon shooting, the air rifle range (glad to see my shooting had improved since last year's attempt!) or the off-road 4x4 course for a white-knuckle ride! Aside from the activities, there is easily over 400 traders selling everything from fishing and shooting supplies, clothing (expect to see a lot of tweed and barbour on show!), jewellery and crafts or even treat yourself to a new car if that's what you fancy. The Food Hall stocks a plethora of local produce, most with free samples, and this year also included cookery demo's from Flora Sheddon (of GBBO fame (and also a local lass)) and Three Sister's Bake **TIP ALERT** Make sure you're not on driving duty...gin samples are definitely a highlight in here! Outwith the food hall, there are plenty of food trucks for refuelling (Tomintoul Venison a must-try!) and a beer tent for a cold one or 5 ;-) As if all that wasn't enough...(gutted you missed it now huh!)...the main ring has demo's varying from birds of prey to duck herding (highly entertaining!) and features everything from pipe bands and tug o war to terrier racing! Other activities to watch or take part in include fly-casting, the dog scurry (dummy retrieval) and the gundog working competition so get training now for next year! Oh and one last thing, being a game fair a lot of people bring their dogs so if you're not doggy-minded, this maybe isn't the place for you. I however, was in doggy heaven!

Dundee is quite divided, and the bitter rivals play just 300 yards down the road. Bitter because United are the bigger team by any stretch of the imagination. First-Hand Experience: I've seen DUFC play 3 times at home, and several times away, and I absolutely love them. They're my favourite team in Scotland (alongside Celtic) and they have shiny orange kits like the 1970s Holland teams did. I'm positively in love with the way they play in their swashbuckling side, backed by the Tannadice Roar. It's a crime that this stadium only has one review... maybe Yelp is not so big in Dundee. If you ever go up to Scotland and you like football, do what I did. Take a chance, go in the wind and the rain and sit at Tannadice and be amazed by the crowd and the team and the spirit of this city and club. I love this team a lot! Can't wait to go and watch them again. They play to 14k people, more than DFC, and they have a much sexier kit (orange). They are known as the Tangerines, or Terrors, or the Arabs - the supporters anyway. Not sure why. They play at Tannadice which means every time I hear Coldplay or Phil Collins singing about Another Day In Paradise, etc... I sing "Another Day In Tannadice." Ironically Celtic Park is nicknamed Paradise. They were originally Dundee Hibernian and they are the Irish (Catholic) half of Dundee. They were formed in 1909. Like DFC, they have only won the Scottish Premier once, and that was quite recently, in 1983, right around the time that Aberdeen were dominating. They've won the Scottish Cup twice recently, in 1994 and 2010. They won the Scottish League Cup in 1980 and 1981. They've been Scottish Cup runners up 5 times including 2005 and 2014. They were amazingly UEFA Cup runners up in 1987 and European Cup Semi Finalists in 1984. So a very storied history for this beautiful orange club.

I had a good time watching them even though it was one of the coldest matches I've ever been to. Everyone was nice, the stewards, the other fans as well. Formed in 1878 they play to 6k people in Gayfield Park (yay), in a horrible dark reddish kit that makes god cry. They've been runners up of the second division a few times, they got a 36-0 win over Bon Accord which is a world record, that was back in 1885. But other than that there's not much to say about this team.

I used wifi in the parking lot, walked around the grounds and even got to sneak inside (as I usually do at the smaller grounds, and it's not too hard. That's what she said). It's a decent new stadium (new-ish, opened in the late 80s), and I took pictures and imagined what it would be like to see STJ play here at some point. One of these days, I will. I'll be back here, that's for sure. I think if the stadium gets upgraded and expanded it will be more likely to be a four star, though. This was in fact the first purpose built all seater stadium in the UK. It's a nice stadium, but it has open corners, lacks atmosphere, and gets less than 3k on average to games.

I came with a good crowd for a day out from glasgow. The overall experience was good as we all had…read morea nice day out. Very slow service at the bar early 40 minutes waiting time, bad attitude from the staff to other customers that where beyond rude. Staff where serving customers with drinks and once the closer to the tv the staff removed the drinks and poured them down the sink in the space of three minutes. Thestaff where not checking who needs serving first, very poor show the food was good. Staff there looked unhappy and depressed lm sure that i've seen a better atmosphere at a funeral outside the burger bar area everything was fine it was just that building what ever was wrong. There are several bars there but be expected to pay high prices some of the areas where £5 for a pint. There are several eateries there like hog roast. fajita bar and a ice cream van. Perth is one of the better race courses as you seem to get a better class of people than Ayr where you get the dregs. These guys would have got a zero if it wasn't for the other facilities available.

It's located on the coast and is a decent stadium with some terraces and a good atmosphere. It is, at least, a proper ground as far as Scottish Div 2 grounds go. It opened in 1925, and it's right next to the North Sea and one of the most freezing grounds I've ever been to.

Eventually we arrived at ticket gate an bag search and we,re in 12.30pm 3hr nightmare journey and looking like roasted turkey,s attendence record which was last year 48,000 was well smashed a guesstimate over 60,000 at least,it was packed no room to walk or sit but it was fantastic loads to see an do, beer tent,stalls galore selling all sorts,giant hanger with scottish produce crafts an wares,funfair rides, army desplay of vintage warfare trucks weapons,huge array over 50 static aeroplanes,helicopters ,gyroscope, military jets huge B52 bomber.The air displays. WOW ,,,take earplugs whith you, over 20 to watch were brilliant vintage bi-planes ,spitfire ,lancaster bomber,mig 22,red arrows brilliant, an my favourite the vulcan bomber the size of it an the noise off it was totally unexpected ,also lynx helecopter display all in all was a great day take a backpack with you make up rolls, crips, chocolate ,flasks for tea /coffee, food was expensive snack bars stretched out nose to tail for half a mile about 50 of them ,they were only 5metre out from crowd control barrier so i never seen a plane take off or land you could,nt find a space to stand,, they should move them well back out of way in future,fumes from diesel generators and burning cheap vegoil an onions, had me gagging all afternoon having to go up wind of them occasionaly catch my breath, there was no-one at them buying, was so hot peoples appitites were lost ,,an they say i,ll eat anything but you got to draw the line an they,re well below it,was 3 ice cream vans,on such a hot day you,d think they be queude nope cones,small £1.50 med £2.50. large £3.00 i didnt look an foolishly asked for 4 large cones the pokey-hat man then ask for £12 what i gasped,," no i dont want them " i said" would sooner lick a tramps testacles" wots his problem would,ve had more respect for him if he jus follwed me into toilet a bashed me over the head n mugged me,but that aside it was FANTASTIC DAY would definetly go back
