The guy that refinished it did an amazing job! It took him about 4 hours total. There were several spots that had tiles over-caulked and he fixed those as well as some glue that was on the floor from a vinyl piece that was stuck to the floor. (The bathroom was clear a hot mess.) All in all, we are so happy we went with Final Touch. They give you a 5 year warranty and tips on how to clean your new bathtub. I'd recommend them to anyone.

After all the years I've worked with him, I recently asked him why he hasn't grown his team larger and expanded his business more (he has PLENTY of business but having more workers would expand his business even larger) He told me it's because he likes to oversee every project himself personally and if the business got too large, he may not be able to expend himself to the oversight that he insists on. If Ziggy is working at one house, and sends a couple of his guys to yours to do a smaller job, trust me, he will be popping in on a regular basis to make sure things are done correctly, and perfectly. This man will provide you with QUALITY work and takes pride in providing you with a beautiful job. He never takes advantage of anyone on cost. Ziggy is a fair man. Ziggy has strong opinions on the best material to be used for the project due to his experience. I have strong opinions on my aesthetic outcome. So if we disagree (and we have) he will of course acquiesce to the homeowner with a reluctant shrug and the knowledge that you're ultimately the one in charge of what you want. He's more practical I feel, and I'm more aesthetic, and both of us opinionated on what we think is best. With his talent and knowledge of what he's doing, and what I like to think of as my good aesthetic eye, we together recently produced a bathroom I could live in! (IF it were larger! ) I'm not one to recommend anyone lightly. It's happened where a company does a good job for someone, then a less than stellar job for another person leaving the homeowner disappointed. I never want to be that person who steered someone wrong, even if it's out of my control and I was pleased with the work rendered at my place. With Ziggy, and after working with him on four different jobs, I can tell you without hesitation and with confidence, he will provide you with beautiful work, at a price that is usually more than competitive.

OUTSTANDING and HIGHLY recommend…read more I Hired GHF to add Hardwood (HW) to the last two remaining carpeted rooms on my first floor and my entire 2nd floor. My house (notwithstanding the bathrooms) is now entirely hardwood, and it was done in 3 different phases over the past 20 years. With this project, we had an elevated seating area in one of my bay windows taken out and changed to all hardwood floor. Also, in my kitchen we were doing some remodeling and had to have a huge hole (where the exhaust from the range positioned in the island used to be) to be filled in to accommodate a new kitchen island where the hole would be exposed. Finally, we had a railing removed- which divided eat-in space in the kitchen with the living room. This was a challenge for making things look uniform. Vasil's guys (Igor and Max) did a beautiful job in camouflaging the repairs and making everything look as though it was always this way. Vasil gave us a very fair price to replace all of our trim and baseboard with oak. I am so happy I made this purchase decision-it really makes the overall product look beautiful. About 9 years ago I hired a company to add HW to one room and refinish all existing HW. Although I was happy with their work, after seeing the workmanship by Igor and Max, I now know that the last team was not as good. Truly night and day in terms of quality.

We have worked on two projects with Rustico to date and both turned out fabulous (see photos). They are kind people, detailed, and always willing to go the extra mile. On both properties we asked them to provide samples of several wood floor stain colors ahead of time. We decided on a blended color for the second property--Jose was glad to mix various colors up to find our perfect fit. He wanted to be sure we were going to be happy with the results. Originally, the floors at one of our properties were very dark (like, dark chocolate brown). We really wanted to go lighter to help the rooms feel even bigger, and Rustico was able sand out the original color back to a blank slate. *Since our floors were older oak floors that had various existing shades in them already this meant the stain color wouldn't be perfectly uniform. Jose & Maria made sure to tell us ahead of time what to expect. I can't tell you how nice it was to know this ahead of time, to manage expectations. We really appreciate the transparency and honesty! Shah and his team assisted us to install square frame molding and Trims around the walls and also remodeled the ceiling with stunning covings and LED light strip (day light color). Now, it is transformed to entirely another level of luxury apartment. All the walls are painted light and creamy blue tone with satin finish while the ceiling color is white with flat finish. We used Sherwin Williams premium products for the entire project. Shah has good idea about the color and has provided free color consultation. He has managed the project entirely transparent from start to finish. He always kept us in the loop in every step. I loved his skill and professionalism. I would recommend him to our friends and family. His works are extra ordinary.

I was already very disappointed before he started the painting. According to their quote for the job, any damaged tiles, ridges and hips should be inspected, however he didn't do anything. All his staff do not have any manners, after causing every loss, they start abusing and blaming the family members without any interference. He also damaged some lawn with broken sprayer.
