Love the donuts here. You can tell it's not a chain place. My old job loves this place and we always got donuts from here. So yummy!

New to the area, looking for good donuts. Stopped in after reading Yelp reviews to see if it's worth the hype. I got the donut holes, raspberry filled, lemon filled, Bavarian cream/Boston Cream, and a bear claw donut. They were made fresh, were the light and fluffy dough type (cake donuts were available just not my thing) and the cream and jelly fillings were good. Service was fast and efficient. There really is no ambiance here. They could do more with the interior but I doubt they need to. Every time I drive by, there are cars in the lot out front. Are they the best donuts I've ever had? Not quite. Are they the best donuts in Asheboro? I don't know yet since this is the first donut shop I've tried but they were made just how I like them (fresh) and the bear claw donut is probably one of the best I've had. I would recommend this place for donuts and I'll be a repeat customer. read more

Very easy to find, it's at the end of a small strip mall-type building. Parking is adjacent to the building, although the parking lot is rather rough with broken asphalt. We got there after lunch so expected the selection to be minimal based on other reviews. They did have a decent selection left but several choices had only one or two items remaining. The person taking our order was very efficient and polite. She also packaged our selections very well so they didn't get smushed together. Everything we had was very good. The lemon filled was excellent with a good amount of tangy lemon filling. The donut was a bit dense but not heavy and held up to the filling very well. The maple old fashioned was my favorite. The maple icing was definitely maple flavored but not overpowering and the donut itself was one of the better old fashioned I have had. Graze King is certainly worth a stop. I hope to be able to get there earlier next time just to check out their larger selection before they sell out. read more

Hands down some of the best doughnuts you'll ever have. The people there are super friendly and helpful. I just told her to fill up a box with various flavors so I could try them all and she did while sharing which each was. The donuts from this business are delicious. The service is always fast and friendly. I'm not looking for ambiance, because I always get my donuts to-go, but the business is always clean and well-stocked. My favorite donut is the yeast raised donut with sugar sprinkled on it. My second favorite is the regular glazed, so I'm not into the fancy things very much. But they are surely available here! Everything I've had is fresh. When you find a local donut shop that truly kicks butt, you need to sing some praises. Pros: Their cinnamon rolls were were astounding, a little crispy on the outside but the kicker was it was so cinnamony (is that a word?) it raised the flavor up to another level. The bear claw experience was similar: crispy outside, tasty apple filling inside. And that sweet delicious glaze all over. The staff was great as well. Cons: The interior was dated and dark, but very clean. The parking lot looked like it was carpet-bombed recently. I live 7 hours away, which makes coming here every week difficult! Summary: if you find yourself on I73/I74 driving past Asheboro NC, get off at exit 72b and drive .5 miles for some rocking donuts! Pro Tip: Maple. Glazed. Sour cream. Donut. I over served myself. Couldn't help it. On the way to the zoo and stopped by here in the morning. Sour cream doughnut blew my mind. The diabetic shock I put myself into has left my memory hazy about what else I ate. Pretty sure I ordered 4, ate them all and the rest of the day is a blur. This is an unassuming little donut shop on a street corner in Asheboro, NC, but it is amazing. The buttermilk donuts are delicious! I've not had a cake donut like those before, but they are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. They have quite a large selection to choose from, depending on the time of day that you go. Aside from donuts, they also have croissants, cinnamon buns, bear claws, and chocolate chip cookies. Donuts are very reasonably priced at .85 for the regular donuts to $1.40 for the fancy donuts. They have both cake and yeast donuts. read more

Though not made from scratch like state fair doughnuts, these are still a step above chain stores whose service and quality, in my opinion, have declined as they focus on their bottom line. Add to this a friendly and helpful lady who is going for the American dream and I'm sold. Modest yet clean place and simple menu with a delicious product, the ice cold milk is a necessity for my doughnut experience.
