We tried bringing the incorrect donut labels to the servers attention and she totally blew it off. The whole "be kind because you never know what that person is going through" saying needs to be impacted on her. My husband passed away 3 days ago and I haven't slept well due to this. Hence my request for an extra shot. She also tried to rush my order and gave me my total before I was even done ordering. I kindly told her I wasn't finished, and she cocked an attitude. Not impressed to say the least. Ordered three teas, munchkins and a half dozen doughnuts. Three were cinnamon and three were powdered sugar. Went to take a bite and they were hard as a brick. We asked to exchange them for something edible so we ended up with a half dozen glazed. These were edible and soft. Both unsweet and sweet teas tasted like coffee. The munchkins were good and soft. The bathrooms here were filthy. I do not recommend this location unless changes are made. I wish I would have read the other reviews and it would have saved me a lot of time before stopping in here Saturday morning on my way to the lake. read more

This place has to be one of the slowest Dunkin's I've ever been too. I ordered a iced coffee and then sat in the line for a good 15 mins I finally had to just leave because I didn't have time to sit there all day. This happens often. Also I can order the same coffee every single time and it taste differently every time. Only giving 2 stars bc the girl that took our order was very sweet. We did have a larger order (family of 4) but nothing overly complicated. Ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk, came with cream instead. Also ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese in the side. Never gave us the cream cheese and put the cream cheese on the bagels but wasn't even enough to cover one bagel. I gave them a second chance after shortly after the grand opening I ordered a latte only to realize later that I was given coffee. Took it back and they gave me a latte that was cold. Today I get a hot latte with almond milk, again drive off take a sip and once again cold. Stopped here for a treat around 5:30 PM on a Saturday 11/28- Not only was the service slow but the staff was incredibly unfriendly. In this time of a pandemic, and a state mandated mask order, at least two employees were not properly wearing their masks and it was down below their mouths. I also had to ask about the one drink we ordered after not receiving it or any acknowledgement that someone was working on it. Additionally, I asked for a sample of their nitro which I saw on their sign and on tap to try it out and was told they did not sell nitro? I'm not sure if the employees were understaffed, but regardless -not a great experience at the only major coffee chain in the area and I would expect better standards from Dunkin'. Additionally, when we returned home we found that the half dozen donuts that we purchased were stale. read more

I was excited to hear that Asheboro was getting a Dunkin but in my many visits, there is most always have a problem. Sometimes they have an ice shortage due to their machine being broken, out of blueberry coffee syrup, no glazed donuts once, out of pumpkin syrup at the beginning of fall while advertising their new fall drinks, wrong food orders, and last but not least, their expresso machine was out of order for several days meaning no lattes or any drink of the sort. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I have gotten food and coffee here multiple times and every single time they have messed up my order. Today they gave me a croissant that was burnt to a crisp...completely black on top. As soon as they took it out of the toaster they should've known that it was unacceptable to serve that to someone. I have given this location multiple opportunities and it is consistently bad quality and service. Seems like this location needs far more training to be anywhere near the quality and service that can be seen at other Dunkin' locations. honestly there coffee never tastes good we got a cake batter latte iced and it had no flavor and it tasted water down also one time we came here and I got a frozen coffee and it was horrible it was SUPER strong and very bitter with no flavor the donuts were really dry I honestly would not recommend no hate but they could do better read more
