I go to this Dunkin a lot and usually don't have a problem. Yes, they can be slow sometimes. I guess their management is not like Starbucks or chick fila. Today though, the drive through worker was extremely rude. He opened the window, not saying a word and instantly put the pay machine to me. I told him I had a mobile order and he slams the window to go get it. He brought my drinks and I told him I also had food. He goes and gets it without saying a word to me then I say "thank you!!" and he stares at me with the most evil face and slams the window again. Coffee is usually great but this man actually scared me today!!! read more

Donuts are labeled incorrectly and some are not labeled at all. The customer service is terrible here. We tried bringing the incorrect donut labels to the servers attention and she totally blew it off. We had ordered a lemon filled and got an apple filled instead. when we asked what the ones that had no labels were, they did not even know for sure. It's a shame. read more

Dunkin' - Choices - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Asheboro, North Carolina

Food took 45 min and I was the only one in the store. Yelling and anger was the ambiance of the situation. Walked in and 3 people had just quit because apparently the manager said one of the black employees was, "standing over there looking like a thug". I waited way too long to pick up DoorDash for somebody. This place is awful. read more

Girl taking drive thru orders was rude and got annoyed just for me asking for an extra shot of espresso in my iced coffee. The whole "be kind because you never know what that person is going through" saying needs to be impacted on her. My husband passed away 3 days ago and I haven't slept well due to this. Hence my request for an extra shot. She also tried to rush my order and gave me my total before I was even done ordering. I kindly told her I wasn't finished, and she cocked an attitude. The egg on my sandwich was damn near still frozen. This is my second time at this location and I didn't have a good experience the first time either. That was a couple of years ago so I thought I'd give them another try. Not impressed. read more

So we were wanting to try the new loaded Hashbrowns, so we went today and waited over 20 minutes just to get to the window, and they only gave us one of our coffees, took 10 minutes for them to make another one, and there was over 6 employees working, this is a terrible example of a Dunkin' Donuts, best thing for this place to do is get some employees that actually care to work and want to work instead of being lazy and not having a care for getting their customers their order at a timely manner, what a shame. read more

Dunkin' - This is supposed to be the new Loaded Hashbrowns, literally a drop of cheese and a half of peice of bacon in each cup, absolutely pitiful - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Asheboro, North Carolina

This Dunkin' is a newer and nicer store with donut display cabinets and lots of light. The employees were friendly, but the service was slow. read more

Not impressed to say the least. Ordered three teas, munchkins and a half dozen doughnuts. Three were cinnamon and three were powdered sugar. Went to take a bite and they were hard as a brick. We asked to exchange them for something edible so we ended up with a half dozen glazed. These were edible and soft. Both unsweet and sweet teas tasted like coffee. The munchkins were good and soft. The bathrooms here were filthy. I do not recommend this location unless changes are made. I wish I would have read the other reviews and it would have saved me a lot of time before stopping in here Saturday morning on my way to the lake. read more

Dunkin' - a woman holding a box of dunkin donuts - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Asheboro, North Carolina

The WORST. My boyfriend ordered the egg and cheese and ham on English muffin and requested sub bacon for the ham. His sandwich came out with bacon in between two pieces of English muffin. No cheese, no egg. Are you kidding me? I ordered a small hot latte. The person behind me that ordered THREE coffees got theirs ahead of mine. They made my boyfriend a new sandwich and I was still waiting for my coffee. The food is mediocre at best. I would only go here as a last resort. read more

0 stars!! I wanted to place a larger order through the app but it would only allow me to do 10. I decided to call Dunkin Donuts to give them a heads up and no one answered twice, finally on the third time they answered and I told them how I couldnt place the order via the app and wanted to give them a heads up on a large order. They told me they were out of hot chocolate and I said oh wow Ok glad someone answered. The gentleman who I spoke to said " yea when you call 5 times in a row" and hung up on me. Extremely rude when I was trying to be nice and give them a heads up on a large order. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a star. THEY SUCK! SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER. Also they don't even tell you when they don't see your order so you sit and wait for NO REASON. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. People are twiddling their thumbs behind the window and don't even acknowledge you for a good 10 minutes. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. read more

This place has to be one of the slowest Dunkin's I've ever been too. I ordered a iced coffee and then sat in the line for a good 15 mins I finally had to just leave because I didn't have time to sit there all day. This happens often. Also I can order the same coffee every single time and it taste differently every time. I ordered a pumpkin spice the other day and it literally didn't even have a hint of pumpkin taste to it, I continue to come back considering it's the only one around but I really would wish they would step up their game. read more

Only giving 2 stars bc the girl that took our order was very sweet. We did have a larger order (family of 4) but nothing overly complicated. Ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk, came with cream instead. Also ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese in the side. Never gave us the cream cheese and put the cream cheese on the bagels but wasn't even enough to cover one bagel. Would if went back to fix the issue but the line was long and wait was even longer. read more

Terrible customer service!!! Staff was not friendly! They did not look very happy to be working there!

Well, the quality of this joint has changed since their opening within the year as we have stopped as passing thru the city of Asheboro. read more

Horrible. Don't go there! The absolutely slowest service possible. The place is not. Lean and the employees act like they don't want to be there. Need to be able to give 0 start for this place! read more

The girl who took my order was so kind & my coffee was perfect. The store was clean and everyone working was very cheerful. So nice to see happy people, seems to be rare these days read more

I gave them a second chance after shortly after the grand opening I ordered a latte only to realize later that I was given coffee. Took it back and they gave me a latte that was cold. Today I get a hot latte with almond milk, again drive off take a sip and once again cold. I was so excited to have a Dunkin' in Asheboro, but unless they step up I will stick with my local coffee shop! read more

The donuts were good but they are more cake-like than the traditional donuts. I wasn't impressed.

I come to this Dunkin' often and get the same thing every time- a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar- and every time it's different. Either way too sweet or bitter. SO disappointed. It was good when they first opened but has changed drastically. Also, the service is so slow. read more

10/10 don't recommend, rude customer service lady gave us the drinks and left the doughnuts out told us to have a good day. When told they left them out the lady in the back ordering yelled they ain't adding to a mobile order. Freaking idiots. read more

Was happy to finally not have a 45min wait but was really disappointed with my "large" Matcha latte that was literally all ice. Never a good experience here and wish I'd had the time to go get a refund when I realized what they had sold me. read more

Idk if its lack of training or what, but every single time I go here my order is wrong. If its not the breakfast sandwich, its the coffee. Today I recieved a macchiato without expresso. Dunkin' needs to retrain the staff or replace them. read more

Stopped here for a treat around 5:30 PM on a Saturday 11/28- Not only was the service slow but the staff was incredibly unfriendly. In this time of a pandemic, and a state mandated mask order, at least two employees were not properly wearing their masks and it was down below their mouths. I also had to ask about the one drink we ordered after not receiving it or any acknowledgement that someone was working on it. Additionally, I asked for a sample of their nitro which I saw on their sign and on tap to try it out and was told they did not sell nitro? I'm not sure if the employees were understaffed, but regardless -not a great experience at the only major coffee chain in the area and I would expect better standards from Dunkin'. Additionally, when we returned home we found that the half dozen donuts that we purchased were stale. read more

i love dunkin but this one just sucks. the workers will fuck up your order every single time

Since this location has opened this is by far the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Plan on spending 30min going through the drive through... doesn't matter how many cars are in line. It would take less time to drive to Greensboro and get coffee at Starbucks than it takes to make it through the drive through here at the asheboro dunkin. read more

Employee was swearing at customers. Never got our mobile order. Curbside pickup is blocked by drive through cars.

please fire everyone and get people that know how to make a coffee. i swear their goal is to make the worst coffees and make customers unhappy. read more

I was excited to hear that Asheboro was getting a Dunkin but in my many visits, there is most always have a problem. Sometimes they have an ice shortage due to their machine being broken, out of blueberry coffee syrup, no glazed donuts once, out of pumpkin syrup at the beginning of fall while advertising their new fall drinks, wrong food orders, and last but not least, their expresso machine was out of order for several days meaning no lattes or any drink of the sort. Nice employees but I usually leave disappointed. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I have gotten food and coffee here multiple times and every single time they have messed up my order. Today they gave me a croissant that was burnt to a crisp...completely black on top. As soon as they took it out of the toaster they should've known that it was unacceptable to serve that to someone. I have given this location multiple opportunities and it is consistently bad quality and service. Seems like this location needs far more training to be anywhere near the quality and service that can be seen at other Dunkin' locations. If they are going to continue like this they should probably just close down now. Absolutely terrible, do not waste your time/money. read more

honestly there coffee never tastes good we got a cake batter latte iced and it had no flavor and it tasted water down also one time we came here and I got a frozen coffee and it was horrible it was SUPER strong and very bitter with no flavor the donuts were really dry I honestly would not recommend no hate but they could do better read more
