I will always come to Sheetz because they have a clean store interior, clean and safe bathrooms, and the items I wish to purchase. I love the brightly lit interior of the store and the layout. After visiting the bathroom with my littles, we were able to go directly to the drink area and found a great value on their bottled waters. You can tell it's a brand new store because the liquid soap you use to clean your windshield at the pump does not smell like the bottom of a sewer in New York City yet. So that's a great start. I'm very grateful for this location; it was a real pain in the neck to always have to go up to Archdale so I'm sure the community of Randleman is quite pleased to finally have a Sheetz! got my kids milkshakes here on opening day and the store seemed to be running smoothly. The interior is laid out a little differently than most stores, it felt more comfortable and easier to navigate; It's very well organized. Looks like they have a behind the scenes kitchen to where they prepare their made to order items now but you can still watch them prepare your coffee and milkshake orders at the pick up counter. The seating area is very nice and plentiful. I also picked up some of the soft serve for my kids the other day and they enjoyed making their ice cream and choosing their toppings. I placed my order 30 minutes before even getting to the store and then waited for an hour for them to even start making my food. There was several other people that had also been waiting for an hour or two hours. They were making orders for people who weren't even in the store any more because they were tired of waiting. The store was also filthy and not stocked, the ice cream machine is never on. read more

This is the brand new Sheetz that finally opened up in Randleman! I've been to a lot of Sheetz stations and this one is set up very differently from all the others. When you walk in, they have a nice seating area to the left with a clear view of the kitchen and the order pickup station. To the right is the queue to pay, the snacks/groceries, coolers, and bathrooms. It feels smaller but not crowded, and it lacks nothing. The place was steadily busy while I was there and the employees were friendly. read more

When this store first opened, it was great. Nice staff, clean and always stocked. Now the store is nasty, the staff is high schoolers who don't care, cigarette butts inside and outside. Today there was coffee (or dirty water) backed up in the floor drain and no wet floor signs, none of the slushy/ice cream machines were running (still had the liquid just sitting), there was half opened soft drinks sitting opened in the cooler, and spilled coffee/drinks down the front of most of the coolers. You always take a chance with the prepared food because more than once I have seen expired food sitting in the cooler. I can only imagine the cooler in the back isn't much better. This place went downhill quick. I love Sheetz but I am not sure I will be going back to this store. If I do go back, I have no doubt I will see more of the same and will be taking pictures and reporting this filth to the health dept. read more
