I told him when they put them in they were too narrow for all of the water to go though. we have had water over flowing and pooling right next to the house and getting the basement wet. in 2021 he insisted it was over flowing due to gutters being full of leaves. he asked us to pay for gutter guards. we did. the gutters continue to overflow on the front porch, water pools by the house and now water is backfilling into the awning above the porch with water leaking from the roof above the porch. he has excuse after excuse not to fix it in spite of our 10 year warranty. do use one of a kind services! he is never available and never has staff available. no address to send a bill to either! buyer be ware!

The contractors they used banged so hard on the walls that things fell off of my walls and broke. They additionally left nails, cigarette butts and used foul language while working on my home. Once they finally completed the repairs, they tried to charge us $900 more than the contract we signed. This company told us lie after lie and did not manage their contractors. I had to call the contractor myself to get them to come back and install the shutters they removed. They also tried to charge us twice for materials and did not even use them when putting up our siding. I could go on and on about the issues with this company. Save yourself and find a reputable company.

Things they said they'd fix for free are now being charged for and I'm going to pay because I want it to be done with. They're near impossible to get commitments from and they don't follow through. Once the insurance money cashes your home is over in their eyes. There's another young homeowner or old person to hound. We did interact with some great people which is unfortunate for my overall sentiment. But their business model is clear and it's very frustrating. We didn't realize the roof was in such terrible shape - holes, hail damage, concrete around the bases of metal vents. Matt went through the peroper channels to make sure we have an energy star and energy efficient roof (as we requested) which is worth the extra cost! We were scheduled early on in the spring and not a moment too soon, I frantically called saying that water was coming in my ceiling light fixture in our bathroom. We were on schedule a couple days later, but a couple guys came out and tarped our roof in the interim. The job was completed in a day and a half and the team said they have not seen such warped mdf (sorry not sure on the terminology) plywood before, and it happened to be that our vents in the roof were covered the entire time. They made sure everything was uncovered to allow proper airflow. They handled everything through our insurance and were extremely professional. Bravo.
