They didn't bring paperwork and when they finished the job they just left. They didn't clean up. They did call me when they got back to the shop wanting payment. Some kid from his personal cell phone. Why would I make a payment for almost $500 over the phone when I can't even verify who it was and they didn't wanna give me an invoice. So yes, when I saw the invoice, I looked at it a couple of times and I made the payment . They didn't do anything that their employees said they did, but I'm sure mom and dad are going to believe their kids over a customer. The owner responded back on here, but yet I left numerous messages for the owner to call me prior to posting this on here and they refuse to call so they can say what they want. Doesn't bother me one bit, but before anybody uses this company I would think twice and find somewhere else to go just my personal opinion. And by the way, the owner does have my phone number and not once have they reached out. they would rather just make me look like a piece of trash that didn't want to pay my bill when the bill is paid in full. Sadly, Chuck's work and his subcontractor, Jose's work from Johnstown, Colorado, was shoddy and incomplete. Chuck messed up the paint and gashed the wood on some of the door jams he installed, and the trim around the doors that Jose installed has wide gaps, sloppy caulking, and the linoleum was not put back in place afterwards. When Chuck and Jose removed the old closet doors, they gashed the trim and paint, and they never installed the set of new closet doors. I called Chuck and he promised he would have Liz come fix everything and that he was really tired the day he installed the door jambs. I left a review on Google for Handymation, and they replied that they did not do the work I was referring to in my and to take it down, which I did so I could make sure I was reviewing the correct company. After reviewing my correspondence with Chuck and Handymation's website, I found that I did leave a request on their website on May 27th, and Chuck came out the next day to give me an estimate. So, I called them and spoke to Elizabeth, to ask why Handymation is trying to say they never did any work for me and she said that they did receive my request and Chuck is the estimator for Handymation, but he referred my work to subcontractors, and they can't refund me for incomplete work and damages because they subcontracted it out. I did, however, pay Chuck, not the subcontractors, because the bulk of work was done and Chuck promised Liz would be out to fix the damages and install the closet doors. When I spoke to Elizabeth (who is probably Liz) she said she was sorry she couldn't give me a better answer but she was not involved with my project and she just works the front desk. She also told me that Chuck is her boss and she will have him call me. The work took place in May and June. Here it is August, and I highly doubt I'll get any resolution from Handymation or Charles Tucker, but I am pretty sure Chuck will leave a reply to this review trying to intimidate me and denying any responsibility.​

Would not recommend for bigger jobs. We recently had a house fire. We hired handymation to do some…read moredrywall work, painting, flooring, cabinets, counter top, and electrical. The drywall work doesn't look good at all. The painting looks ok in some spots but we have a lot of overspray in the bathroom we had to clean up. We also had overspray on a tv and vanity. The flooring turned out ok it has some spots i think could have been done better. The cabinets looked ok until i found out the new dishwasher was not installed correctly and i had to do it myself. When i removed the dishwasher i found damage to the new cabinets thankfully it is in a spot you can't see with the stove and dishwasher installed. The plumbing for the sink was an afterthought and a big hole was cut into the bottom of the cabinets. Update: Now that we have been back in the house for a bit i have recently discovered that I have stuff missing from my garage. Do not let these guys in your house unattended. It's really shitty that a guy has his house catch on fire and now has to replace stuff out of his own pocket!

Unfortunately, when his crew attempted to fix them, it ruined the finish on the floor around those areas. He then agreed to refinish the floors. When his crew refinished the floors, they did nothing to protect our woodwork and splashed stain and polyurethane all over our white baseboards and door moldings. They also missed spots and polyurethaned over clumps of hair (I had completely vacuumed the entire floor the morning of their arrival and they said they would do it again). Despite multiple phone calls, Shane refused to call me back and told our builder that the baseboards were our problem, not his. And the filler continues to come out.
