Our experience with Dale and all his crew has been top notch. Had I not made a couple last min changes to the way we wanted the final grade and concrete floor in our new shop the price would have been exactly as quoted. Even with the changes we made there was not much of a price increase. The crew had no problems with us making a few slight changes and even offered up some good advice on some changes that greatly improved our building. As with any construction project there were a couple problems. Dale came right out, looked over the project and had our concerns taken care of as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Big D's to anyone and would bring them in on any future projects I might have. read more

The work was OK. We had to make them do some of the cuts the right way (they were leaving large gaps, and using a chain saw). They seemed upset at us but did what we had asked. The bad part is that they ruptured the sprinkler system and did not say anything. When we turned on the system we found out that there was a leak right where they were working. By them not saying anything, when the system was turned on dirt flowed through the system and clogged the system. We called Big D when we found out and he said he would take care of the sprinkler system bill. When we called back he then stated that it was not his issue and things happen. I could see that, however as stated they did not say they hit the pipe and turning on the system not knowing that made things a lot worse. We keep trying to get him to pay what he said he would. Will post if he lives up to his word. I would not use this company again. read more

We had Big D's put up a cedar privacy fence, along with some chain link, So pleased with the quality and workmanship. The fences were done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything. I'm so impressed with this company and their level of work!! Dale showed up, on time, for the work estimate...and the communication throughout the process was seamless. The work crew did exceptionally clean work and left the area nicer than when thevarriced! Fence is nice and secure!
