I was a little nervous because past experiences with body repair work were less than satisfactory (another body shop on a previous job subbed the paint-less dent removal to a 3rd party, who subsequently broke my inside hatch handle while the car was in their care - and they didn't take responsibility for it). This experience was flawless. They were friendly and professional. My appraiser said the shop boss is one of the best in the business. They kept me up to date on their progress. They had my car for 8 days and when they called to come and pick it up, it looked fantastic. I noticed other paint issues the car previously had were gone as well. After being stone walled by reception, shop employees and, amazingly, the Manager in a vain attempt to get some information on the status of completion we gave up and paid out of pocket for the part from another shop. As a point of comparison, this part was sent from Germany, painted and installed in under 2 weeks. But - I needed a reliable vehicle and took the dangerous plunge by driving into Crowfoot Village Honda. Lucky me, I was met at the door by a very nice man named Lee Gogel. He was kind, pleasant, truthful, down-to-earth and respectful. When I wanted to take one of the used vehicles elsewhere for a pre-purchase appraisal - no problem. Lee has a whole slew of "Thank You" cards lined up by his desk and yes, I know what you're thinking - and no, he did not send them to himself. When I had questions after I bought a vehicle, he actually called me back!! Wow! I guess after CMP, I set the bar pretty low but I really was very pleased with how I was treated at Crowfoot Village Honda by Lee. Wes Simpson took care of the financing part, sharing his veggies with me while he set up the loan. They are both terrifically nice and when I need another car, that is who I'll check out. They make a great team.

It turns out it's the torque converter. I asked them to meet me halfway on the repair cost. After all, we both noticed the issue before the sale, and I'm not asking for a free ride. But their response? Cold as a January morning in Alberta. They refused any help. After spending that kind of money, I expected at least a cooperative chat. Instead, I got the silent treatment and a door slam. I wouldn't recommend them if you value after-sale support. They sold me a truck with a known issue and left me stranded in the repair lane alone.

My 2006 Honda CRV-SE had a collision last August 23. The repair required replacement of the…read morefollowing, passenger front fender, black textured bumper cover, fog lights, passenger side headlight and the aircon condenser needs replacement. The frame of the passenger headlight needs alignment as well as the passenger fender bracket. The repair was started Sept 15 and I picked up the car Sept 23. I paid $ 1,068 for the labor and materials. Upon inspection at home I found the following defects: the repaired frame was not fully painted and showed chipped-off paint, The bumper support was not painted, there was a missing 10mm bolt on the fender that why it was rattling, the 2 fog light holes that were badly cut that the bumper cover was damaged, The spot welding that was supposed to be done on the headlight frame was neglected. The owner and staff of the NW branch refused to repair the vehicle according to the owner's manual specification and said that I should supply original parts. I supplied parts that are considered original as per T and T Honda based on the DOT stamp of approval. The bumper cover was also misaligned on the passenger side because the headlight frame was off. I asked for a 2nd repair job last Nov 23 and was granted to bring the car back but they will not replace the damaged black textured bumper but repair and paint all the deep scratches at my cost which is dumb and absurd and inconsiderate. I mentioned to Sarah that I will bring this up to the small claims court but declined to do it since the cost is not too high and just wanted to get back or refund $402 for the unfinished job on the CRV. Sarah and their management never contacted me again. Maybe they think it was over. I used the help of my son to finally fix the unfinished job and bought spray paint cans to finish the job and seal off the cracked paint on the bumper guard and frames. This review is looking pretty epic and it's nice and awesome for customers to know the bad experiences of past customers so that new customers will know what to look out for and evaluate the shop for expertise. We customers pay good money that we have worked for and we just want equal service for the best repair job possible. I was told by Sarah that they will refer this case to the lawyers and owner and find a solution but they never made contact since Dec 23. This is a bad shop and should be avoided if possible. When I picked up my car last Sept 23 I came across a customer who was also dissatisfied with the repair on his Hyundai car and told me that he will never go back to the shop and will look elsewhere. I will not likely recommend this shop to my friends and relatives or to anyone who wants a quality repair. The mechanic is a pain to explain things on what to do because he does not do a good job. I will negotiate to get back $402 for the repair that was not done since I spent time and materials to repair the CRV in my garage. Now all are aligned, painted and running smoothly without any rattling sound and vibration. The mechanic said that it was the slightly dented radiator that was rattling. If fact it was the fender with a missing bolt. I will also report this incident to The Personal Insurance Company for a poor job done on my CRV. This is an Epic Review. Finally the black bumper cover and headlight are aligned and all cracked paint are sealed. Again the replacement parts installed were certified by Honda dealership for an old model where original parts are hard to find. I brought my own parts as negotiated with simplicity and they agreed without any hesitance to install them and later they complained that they cannot align the bumper and headlight.

Ughh, I was hundreds of miles from home and had a semi-trailer truck barrelling down a mountain…read moreroad throw up a rock and crack my windshield. What is worse is knowing that I potentially would have to drive all those miles back home praying that I wouldn't have a spiderweb of cracks obscuring my vision. As annoying as the jingle for Speedy Glass is, it was what made me remember that they repair and replace glass. A little research on the inter-web at 11:00pm at night allowed me to book an online appointment for glass repair for the next morning. In and out in 40 minutes, free wifi in their waiting room, $60 and I was good to go. All you can see now is 3 tiny slightly opaque dots on the inside of the windshield. The cracking around the points of impact has vanished to the sight. They can't guarantee that this will prevent further cracking, but they will apply the $60 towards a new windshield if one is needed in the future.
