For me this seemed wasteful and unnecessary so I procrastinated doing anything and some rust started showing up. Luckily someone told me about Augie's. Their estimate was under$200 to buff the scrape and grind off and paint the rust and it came in well under that. I could have also had the dent pulled out but since the vehicle is always dirty I really didn't see the need. Its not perfect but much less noticeable and the rust is at least slowed down. The people were so pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. I would go back for sure... but I will be more careful so its not too soon.
