I don't blame the installers from not noticing, but it was glaringly obvious from inside the car. I'll give them one star for coming back to look at it and replacing it within a week or two. The second windshield was fine, but the rubber strip at the top was partially ripped off while going through the car wash two weeks after installation causing a leak on that side. However, I was told by a different company that the leak was from not enough urethane used during installation, essentially improper installation. The strip coming off a little shouldn't have mattered. I paid for the installation on site, but they said that I had to go to their location for warranty work. This is for a minivan and I have 4 kids to drop off and pick up daily, so logistically this wasn't ideal. Reza, the manager, offered to have them come back and fix it, but after weeks and weeks of calls and broken promises, no one has come back and I have given up on them. Now, I have to call another company to come and reinstall it. I usually 4 star a company even when things go wrong as long as they make it right, but this company has wasted so much of my time.

The service was above and beyond. They text you a link so you know when they've started your work and when they've finished it. Then I received an email with a document including the breakdown of the entire inspection with notes and pictures. It was unexpected but so nice to have a report to look at other than just a verbal "pass" or "fail" from the mechanic. The inspection was reasonably priced (we paid ~$90) and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their inspections done.

I use Criswell exclusively to service my 3 MDXs (yes, I have a fleet!) and have been pleased with the service that I have received. To give you an idea, I've been going to them since 2005 - that's 20 years! IMHO, you get what you pay for so if you want rock bottom prices go to a 3rd party repair shop. If you want OEM parts and trained mechanics, go to Criswell. And, shout out to the parts department. Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Aug 2025: Check-in Criswell Acura continues impress. I was annoyed with the free car wash that was promised (one of the salesman's selling points) every time you bring your car in for service. I have never seen a more half-ass wash in my life. Also, I took my vehicle in for a recall service last August and they didn't even bother to wash it. I was going to let it go and just take my business elsewhere. My wife didn't let it go and asked that a manager give her a call. Apparently the manager is waaaay too busy or he/she doesn't give a damn. A week has passed and we still haven't received a call from the manager. It's only a car wash, but it was promised and I hold businesses to their promises. If they let simple things slip, how will they handle bigger issues? I guess I'll never know because they've lost my business. I've bought a TL, a TSX and an RDX from Criswell - guess I'm not an important enough customer.

Fortunately, they're open 24/7. No one answered, so I called again. Someone picked up immediately. I told them I needed an emergency repair for a Hyundai Santa Fe windshield (asap). Unfortunately, they did not have the glass ready in their shop but they were able to place an order that night for pick up the next day. I was told the glass would arrive around noon, then a technician would come out to complete the service between 12-3 pm. He would install the new windshield and clean up the glass. What a relief! The next morning, I called to confirm the service and was assured a repairman would come out to my address that afternoon. Around 2:30, I still hadn't received a call from them. I called again and asked if someone was coming. Sure enough, he was coming... at 3:30-4pm. He shows up, starts manhandling my windshield and the loose glass. He installs the new windshield and leaves all the glass in my trunk and in the street, so I asked him to clean it (as I was promised). He didn't even have a broom or a vacuum! I gave him my dust pan and a broom so he could sweep up the glass from my car. The glass remained on the street and he told me he was heading out. I received the bill - about $400 for the windshield with tax and fees. Argh! Repairman was friendly but I wasn't too impressed with his clean up. Spent extra time sweeping the rest of my car and the street after he left. Great solution for a quick fix, kinda pricey and not the best customer service! LOL

The interior service was unacceptable! I asked to speak with an associate. This is an overview is the comments I made and the response of the employee. There was mediocre attempt to vacuum the weather tech floor mats were still dirty. We require extra payment to power wash the mats. I am a first time customer and this service was provided at other similar places. The vacuum service was subpar. Many places I could still see where they had not touched. The employee stated they could re-do the vacuum service. The arm rest had a coffee mark on it and was still there. No remark with a shoulder shrug. The seats still had crumbs in the creases. There also no attempt to wipe fingerprints off the center console where there is brushed chrome. And the outside was no better. There was no tire shine applied to my tires. And the rims were not cleaned and mud was still on the mud tire wells There was the offer of a redo of the vacuum. There should have been entire redo of the interior service. As a first time customer, this was a horrible experience. Not sure if this is the level of service that is typical or if the facility is poorly managed
