I contacted you with a last minute request on Friday. And, although your response on availability was prompt, the communication there after lacked concern for the sense of urgency that I expressed in my initial communication. I realize that you had a wedding booked on Saturday morning but, a response to confirm my appointment sooner would have been appreciated. Then, to add insult to injury, we confirmed and then with 30 mins you cancelled and did not offer me any alternative solution, artist, advise me to keep you in mind for the future or anything of the sort. Your cancellation was extremely lack luster and bland and if I was not a resourceful woman I would have been in a major bind. She responded quickly, within 20 minutes or less, and we were able to book my appointment for the day that I needed. I usually get my makeup done at MAC for special occasions. But I stumbled upon Marina's Instagram and instantly followed her. Her work is amazing. She makes faces look absolutely gorgeous and flawless. I sent her an email and booked her to do my birthday makeup.
