They knew many of the customers by name, so I took that as a good sign that they have regular customers. There were about 7 staff working. Large selection of nail polishes. I got a regular pedicure which included a lower leg exfoliation and massage. They have massaging chairs as well. The older woman doing my pedicure was polite and did a base coat and top coat for the regular polish. It took about 30 minutes, and she did a good job. It cost $40 plus $5 to remove my old nail polish. Located in a small shopping plaza with a small parking area on busy Williston Road, so it's a bit hard to turn in and get out of the lot.

The mani pedi was done by Cassidy, and while the pedi was fine, the mani was great. I told her I really wanted her to focus on my hands and she did a great job. I would say that the owners could stand to let us decide was is best for us, instead of telling us--I definitely felt patronized a bit by being told what I needed and what I should get, but I am reviewing the services, not the owners. My pedi could have been a bit more thorough, a bit more cuticle maintenance and the color could have been better but I told her I was more interested in my hands, and she did do that well. They charge $15 to remove existing polish, and $42 for new gel polish. I requested a manicure but really all I got was removal of my existing gel polish, and reapplication of new gel polish. No cuticle work at all.
