I sat and waited for a little because they were full. There's a small team of two and everything is pretty new. I enjoyed the vibes a lot. The other customers were kind and we chatted a bit. I did a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. Major pros: they have garage parking in the back which will be very useful for winter. Cons: short staffing/ lack of available people. At one point it was 2 people working on 4 of us. I will most likely make this my regular spot and just plan ahead better.

After doing some research, I came across Perfect Nails & Co., and what immediately stood out was their strong emphasis on sanitation and the quality of ingredients they use, especially their organic pedicure options. Once I made the appointment, my wife and I went in together. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and asked to wash our hands before any service. I genuinely loved this policy, every client is required to wash their hands upon entering, which immediately set the tone for how seriously they take cleanliness and safety. After that, my wife selected her nail color, and we were seated. We were given the pedicure menu and both chose the Diamond Organic Pedicure (40 minutes, $60) an organic-based pedicure system formulated to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. The service itself was excellent. The products felt high quality, the process was relaxing, and nothing felt rushed. You can tell they're intentional about both technique and care. My service provider was Yin, and she was fantastic--attentive, professional, and very thorough. My wife was serviced by Sydney, who was equally wonderful and made sure she was comfortable and satisfied throughout the experience. The overall vibe of the salon was calm, welcoming, and clean - perfect for unwinding. Another detail I appreciated: for clients receiving manicures, they are asked to wash their hands again after the service, which really reinforces their commitment to hygiene. Overall, the service quality, sanitation practices, and relaxed atmosphere exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a nail salon in Vermont that prioritizes cleanliness, organic options, and great customer service, Perfect Nails & Co. is absolutely worth checking out. We'll definitely be back.

My nails usually cost me between $55-$70 depending on design and color (ombré or cat's eye, etc) and a pedicure usually costs me between $55 - $75. I was charged $249 for my services!! I had a $140 gift certificate and after that was used, the balance was $109. The cost did include tips for both technicians who did my nails and toes. I was absolutely flabbergasted and didn't have the time and/or energy to go back to question why I paid nearly double the typical price. The only reason I can come up with is that they raise the price for bridal parties. My Mom, Mother in Law, and best friend all had services done and they paid separately. Although I've always loved the service I've received at Perfect Nails, I've decided I won't be going back. Up charging someone for services because it's a wedding party is just bad business. This is a real bummer.

I was looking for a very natural looking nail, no color, short, and thin on the nail w/no bubble. I also haven't had my nails done in probably 6 years, I was never happy with the fake looking french tip nails, which are so common. I called in the morning and my time worked for them so I was able to get in very easily. Tina (the owner) did my nails based off a picture, understanding what I want and do for a living and her expertise. I had no clue what would work and fully trusted her. She decided that the "powder" treatment was the best for me. For a full set it only took a half hour! Which was amazing. The price was $45 and fills are $40. Tina was absolutely wonderful (and her daughter as well) she has quite a sense of humor and seems like a very genuinely nice person. Based off of my nails today this is my spot! She did them nice and thin and perfect! I added a picture of what they looked like as well. I would recommend this place to anyone, definitely give her a try.

The technician that greeted me was so welcoming, warm and friendly. I'd not seen their menu before coming in, so I didn't realize they did three types of pedicures. I'd just requested the basic, but they also do two upgraded experiences (and I sadly forgot to take a picture of the menu). All were reasonably priced, too. One thing I love is when nail salons have polish that is not diluted by acetone to make it last longer. These were fresh bottles and thus, provide a better polish. The foot and leg massage I received had me so relaxed that it's a miracle I didn't doze off. The technician was friendly and we had a great chat about her kids and the area. My actual pedicure was flawless, as the picture shows. It's a week later and there's been no chips, etc. like can happen when polish is diluted. It seems like multiple people have had this experience. The AC/heating unit in our room was so loud that it was difficult to sleep! 2. The spa experience and staff also failed to meet the mark of the luxurious experience this place promises (especially for the price.) The message therapists were very chatty. I am polite, but I don't want to be having a personal conversation while getting massaged. The masseuse massaging my wife kept commenting on how tense my wife felt during the massage and said, "Wow, you really can't relax" and then also said "I think you're the type of person that needs to talk during this in order to relax" (which, I can assure you, is the farthest thing from the truth when it comes to my wife. She does not want to chit chat.) Overall, the entire experience just rubbed me the wrong way and seemed to lack professionalism and the quality of a truly upscale spa. 3. Every single meal, the staff always mixed up our bill, even mixing it up a second time in one meal after we corrected them on which room number to charge.
