I like the technique they use for removing old powder - less harmful to the skin. However, the new dip cover I got was not very robust. Fewer coats. And also the application was not very even - gaps on the side of the nail. Finally- the service was 7$ more than I pay normally. So the combination of a not so great job and higher price means I won't be back. Pluses - very friendly and effective online appointment service. But doesn't outweigh my decision.
