I called and all they said was come back in 2 weeks, no it should have been a top priority to correct what was done wrong oh yeah, they realized after we did have an appointment. I sat and waited for a little because they were full. There's a small team of two and everything is pretty new. I enjoyed the vibes a lot. The other customers were kind and we chatted a bit. I did a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. Major pros: they have garage parking in the back which will be very useful for winter. Cons: short staffing/ lack of available people. At one point it was 2 people working on 4 of us. I will most likely make this my regular spot and just plan ahead better.
