When I put my…read morefeet in the water, there were an alarming number of floaties in the water (I am skeptical they were from me) and the water was lukewarm at best. When the nail tech sat down, she texted on her phone for quite a bit before starting and didn't acknowledge me (I said hello). She then got to work and as she removed "gunk" from my toes she smeared it on my big toes rather than on the towel. I've never had that happen before. I looked at her with a "wtf?!" expression and her look back was full of disdain. She then got the attention of her colleague next to her to look at my feet- they both laughed at me. I should've stopped the appointment there, but I was completely frozen at that point. I was humiliated. She continued to work on my feet and it hurt when she worked on the cuticles (I've never experienced such discomfort at a pedicure appointment before). She checked her phone again. She worked on my calluses on each foot for about 30 seconds and didn't remove much. When it came time for the lotion, she pulled her phone out again and was looking at it with one hand while barely rubbing in the lotion with the other (it was like she forgot I was there). She then got up leaving lotion all over my legs to go text more and plug in her phone. I finally got to the drying station, and while my toes were drying, another woman started mopping the floor all around me. I understood it was close to closing time, but there were still three customers in the salon. I should've complained, but I was so upset, I was worried I would be rude. I don't have perfect feet, but I still deserved to be treated with respect. I will never go back there. It was a truly horrible experience.

I sat and waited for a little because they were full. There's a small team of two and everything is pretty new. I enjoyed the vibes a lot. The other customers were kind and we chatted a bit. I did a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. Major pros: they have garage parking in the back which will be very useful for winter. Cons: short staffing/ lack of available people. At one point it was 2 people working on 4 of us. I will most likely make this my regular spot and just plan ahead better.

Came here on a Friday morning around 10:30 as a walk in and there was no wait. It became much…read morebusier and most people had appointments. They knew many of the customers by name, so I took that as a good sign that they have regular customers. There were about 7 staff working. Large selection of nail polishes. I got a regular pedicure which included a lower leg exfoliation and massage. They have massaging chairs as well. The older woman doing my pedicure was polite and did a base coat and top coat for the regular polish. It took about 30 minutes, and she did a good job. It cost $40 plus $5 to remove my old nail polish. Located in a small shopping plaza with a small parking area on busy Williston Road, so it's a bit hard to turn in and get out of the lot.

The technician that greeted me was so welcoming, warm and friendly. I'd not seen their menu before coming in, so I didn't realize they did three types of pedicures. I'd just requested the basic, but they also do two upgraded experiences (and I sadly forgot to take a picture of the menu). All were reasonably priced, too. One thing I love is when nail salons have polish that is not diluted by acetone to make it last longer. These were fresh bottles and thus, provide a better polish. The foot and leg massage I received had me so relaxed that it's a miracle I didn't doze off. The technician was friendly and we had a great chat about her kids and the area. My actual pedicure was flawless, as the picture shows. It's a week later and there's been no chips, etc. like can happen when polish is diluted. This is by far the best nail salon in the area in terms of quality, ambience, price, and value.
