Made appointment for 2:30 pedicure. Walked in and very backed up. Had two different people off and on rushing to do pedicure. with 8 customers waiting and 14 in chairs. 7 clinicians . They don't turn anyone away. Dont treat appointments any quicker than walkima. Just beware that the service will be very rushed and sloppy. Clearly they value quantity versus quality. My girls and I had appointments. We arrived and there were 5 staff members and the salon was fairly full therefore delaying our appointments by 30 minutes. They overbooked and rush to get the next person in. I was very disappointed there was no epson salt in the water, my feet were barely touched and the massage was less than a minute and the massage was what I was looking forward to the most. My entire pedicure was over in 20 minutes and I paid $50. I feel the staff was very distracted speaking in their language and not giving the customer proper attention and service. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior cleanliness. I waited 25 minutes after my appointment time should have started until I was helped. I got simple brown acrylic nails, and it took 1.5 hours for them to do my nails, totaling my time spent to be 2 full hours. They did not push my cuticles back, so they look 3 weeks grown out when it had only been a week and a half. I had gotten the impression that it would have been $45, but it was $60. They added their own tip and wouldn't let me pick my own tipping amount. read more

I've been going here for a few years, and I've tried other places but I keep coming back to luxury nails. I get acrylics or hard gel and they usually last me 3 weeks with a pretty reasonable price between $40-60 depending on if it's a new set and if there's nail art. The space is clean and has spacious high ceilings. My only qualm is that they do not honor appointments amazingly, especially on weekends or busy days. If you have a 12pm appointment and you get there on time, expect to wait 20-30 minutes before being seated, and then another 20-30 minutes after you've been seated for someone to actually come over and work on your nails. They usually have one nail tech working on two customers at once, and they alternate between the customers. So you will often be sitting at the table for 10 minute stretches without anyone working on your nails. The quality of the nails is amazing and that is why I keep coming back. Do not expect to be serviced immediately and do not come here if you're in a hurry. I usually allow myself 2-2.5 hours for an appointment to get a new set of acrylics. read more

The wait is always super long here even if you have an appointment! They just take whoever comes in the door and don't care if you had reserved a time. Sometimes I wait 2 hours before I can get in the chair even when they said they had time now. The owner seems very nice but some of the nail techs are very rude and actually hurt your hands when they are working on you. I've given it multiple chances, I won't be back. Too bad! :( read more

I went here to get a fill for a gel mani I had gotten elsewhere. It was clear my nail tech wanted me in and out as fast as possible, because it took her about 5 minutes total to repair one of my nails that had broken and put on a new one - and she did not even look to make sure the length or shape was correct. Furthermore, the new coat of gel polish that I got is dripping and clumped down the back of my nails. Finally, my nails were filed AFTER my final coat of polish was applied and after my nails had dried, leading to rough edges that I had to fix myself when I got home. Cost $50. I would say it's hit or miss. I've been here 3 times: once for a gel fill, once for a full gel set, and once for a regular polish manicure. The only really great experience was the gel fill; that was spot-on and something like $40 (not amazing for a fill but reasonable). The manicure was alright as well but chipped quickly. The full gel set that I just got, however, has turned me off from this salon for good unfortunately. $60 for nails that are different lengths, not shaped well, much shorter than I wanted, and even the placement of the gel extension is sort of odd and doesn't look right. On many occasions I was made to wait 20+ minutes even though I had an appointment and was on time, and there seems to only be one person there who can do acrylics I was constantly being passed around, my technician would start and then get up and leave for a while to work on something else, with no communication to me about what was going on or how long it would take. One of my nails broke the day after I got them done and the shape was rather odd. They also grinded one of my daughter's nails hard, she said it hurt. I absolutely love this place. I know that many are worried about going out during COVID, but this place seems to be following all the guidelines. I feel safe coming to get my nails done here. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, though prices are not posted in their store, you can ask for a quote on their website or call and ask how much a service costs. They want you to have a good experience, but I would budget an hour to an hour and a half to get your nails done since they sometimes run a bit slow. I was having problems with a cracked nail and they helped me fix it, and when something happened a few days later they scheduled me and fixed it free of charge. read more

This was the second time I came in and I've been disappointed both times. When I called I specifically asked for someone that specialized in gel nails. The woman was very nice and friendly but obviously didn't spend much time making sure these nails were blended out and shaped will which was the one thing I asked for. Even the paint job is subpar. I work 6 days a week and this is the one hour I take for myself for self care every few weeks and I'm very disappointed in the quality. The edges are sharp and jagged and I'm going to have to take a file to them myself. I can't afford to go have them fixed for another two weeks so I'm going to have to just live with it but I don't recommend this place for anyone that likes trendy, cute nails. Worst manicure/shellac I've ever had. I made an appointment for 3:30, they didn't get to me until 4 - which is fine. I understand that things get backed up sometimes. My manicurist took 15 minute. Just 15 minutes to do a "manicure" and "paint" my nails. She kept looking over at another client and rushed to get through my nails. She pulled my hands out at 30 seconds instead of a minute and started to file them after the top coat and then asked me to put them back in the light. Let me start by saying I have been to several salons in the area and have been having my nails professionally done for quite a while. But when my friend suggested girl time at her salon, I tagged along for mani/pedis. It was a week night and it was quiet in there, and somehow we still got awful and rushed service. Pedicures were awful- rushed and sloppy. They knew they had to soak off my gel polish so they decided to start doing that WHILE I was in the pedicure chair. Except they didn't put anything on my lap and they literally filed it all off onto my lap and black dress pants. What an unprofessional mess. It was the quickest pedicure I've ever had, then off to the nail station. They knew we were together, there was nobody else in the salon, and yet we were still seated apart. We were in and out, rushed pedis and gel manicures in under 45 minutes total. Now everybody can have a bad day so when my normal salon was closed for vacation I gave it a second chance. Big mistake. It was worse. I was seated for my manicure, fluff and foil and a liter of acetone to remove the gel. Then left in that position for a solid 14 minutes without a word of explanation. I have no idea where the girl went who started it- never saw her again. After 14 minutes of not knowing what was going on, fingers all encased in aluminum foil and unusable the whole time, I was passed along to another technician who then spent most of the remainder of the manicure on her cell phone on speaker. Awkward, unprofessional, and the distractions led to a sloppy manicure. I will never step foot in there again. read more

I went in for a dip removal and dip mani and a regular pedi .Where i was charged $90!!!!! My dip manicure and pedicure were fine However they charged me extra to have my cuticles cut as apparently when you go in for a dip change It does not include a actual manicure where every where else I go in the area does and they do not charge extra! They also charged me extra for the polish I chose which If they had told me up front when I chose the color I wouldn't have chosen it! Way overpriced!! I would have never gone there if I had known it would cost me that much! Pricing needs to be upfront and transparent! Update on 1/3 - my dip polish has already chipped 4 days after my expensive manicure AND the top layer that they used gel on not dip which I told Them I didn't want as is it peels off has already peeled off 3 nails! As an experienced customer 35$ for a pedicure is expensive. Went 2 times and both bad experiences. First time I waited over 20 mins when I had an appt. Over crowded. Second time also crowded, than paired with a very old and very inexperienced woman who did my "pedicure" which was essentially a color change on my toes (not alot of pampering) than couldn't even paint my nails had to wait extra time for someone to color them...very disappointed I had high hopes from a "luxury nail spa". Also I would of rather been told no than to try and squeeze me in and have a bad experience. Go down the street pedicures are 27$. read more

I try to be completely honest when I review a place. This spa was extremely nice on the inside and really clean. However, it had several problems. First of all, I didn't see prices listed anywhere. Second, the massage chair I was sitting in did not work. The leg massage I did get was less than 2 minutes long. I wanted acrylic nail art on my nails and they refused saying they could not do it. So, I decided to leave. A basic pedicure here was $50. This is not the place to go if you are looking to have a good time. read more

She did nothing to my cuticles, not even a push back and immediately started applying the tip extensions. There was zero prep done to my nails. She didn't shape my nails properly, they were all very uneven - even the shape of the nail was wrong. Some are larger and some are very small and narrow. I got dip and some of them have indents and could have used another coat. Nobody could do nail art, even basic art. I won't be returning. There are better salons in the Burlington area. read more

I would have given 5 stars, but she didn't sand one of my toes like I asked, and left the toe nails a bit longer than I like. The gel manicure was great. Went in for a gel manicure. The nail tech used about 5 thick coats of polish and wouldn't let them cure for more than a few seconds between coats. The finished product is thick and gloppy, and didn't fully cure. To top it off, one of my nails is rippled from where the nail tech touched my nail and tried to cover over it. When I mentioned this to the manager during check out, she said my nails looked like they are supposed to. Cannot recommend this place and certainly won't be back myself. read more
