If I could give this zero stars I would. The first time I went I was very very pleased so I went yet again. And it was horrible. I got a full set and the nails where GLUEd on no gel no powder no tops just a full Walmart press on. I picked my color and it was see through so I switched colors and again.. see through and he saw it too but said was going to charge extra for him to fix it. So I said whatever I asked for gems and he said okay u You are done so at this point I was already here for 2.5 hours and was ready to leave I go to pay and was told my total was 135 dollars. For a normal pedicure and a full set he said my pedicure was 55 and my nails where 80. So I said I don't understand why I'm being charged so much when I didn't get what I asked for abs he said there's nothing he could do. 135!! For what? I didn't even want this. So I paid the 135 and left no tip and normally I leave a very good tip. He asked if I would like my receipt he then dipped it off the printer and threw it at me. I'm not sure what the issue was but I told them ahead of time I was going to leave a poor review because that was all very ridiculous especially how calmly I spoke and asked them for clarification read more

I had never been to this nail salon until today. The place was very clean and well organized. They are adhering to the safety guidelines by using hand sanitizers, masks, etc. This was the best manicure and pedicure I've had in a long time. My pedicure was really good, perfect polish and gel polish manicure was excellent! Vincent was the nail technician and I highly recommend him and this nail salon! read more

I have had gel nails for many years and I searched for a place to go for a long time in Burlington. I am picky and I don't like having multiple people work on my nails at a time. I have been going to this nail salon regularly since it opened. My nails are beautiful and strong. Kelly gives you GREAT service! Her nails look natural and at a reasonable price. Drove here twice in one day only to be leaving again without getting my pedicure..... Arrive in the morning after calling first and being told come now ... Got there and there was a mix up because the guy I wanted wasn't there and wouldn't be till 4 .. mind you he told me come now but told me he was busy when I had sat down . So anyway they advised me to come back at 4 and said that "Eric" would be there at that time so David took my name and number and I went on my way .. 4pm came around and I had driven all the way back to the colchester location (30 mins) from where I was only to walk in and have Vincent (owner) shake his head telling me Eric wasn't in and wasn't going to be in uugh !! I asked him why didn't he call me ?! He said he didn't have my number .. I said David had my number in the appointment book.. David who was sitting next to Vincent both giving pedis said something in their native language and Vincent then replied to me with an "oh sorry" i said okay and proceeded to leave .. you would think one of the two would offer me service .. nope ... tell me when I may be able to make another appointment with Eric .. nope ! I got in my car and as I sat there preparing to leave guess who pulls up and walks into the shop...?? ERIC !! So I waited for about five minutes just to see if maybe they'd call me saying COME BACK COME BACK he's here ... NOPE ! This is a shop a good friend bought me to and since that time I've come back several times for pedis I've also referred many many people to Vincent's shop for pedis as well and this is how I am treated . Highly disappointed and I will NOT return ever again . I never get my nails done here because it's over priced and they don't do them well but for pedicures I was welling to pay extra ..!!! They definitely left a bad taste in my mouth !! The name profiler definitely fits the bill for this three guys ! They act super nice but it's all about money for them they charge for every little thing !! OVER PRICED BAD SERVICE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE FOLKS !! WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY AND A SITTER !!!!!
