One of my fave local spots for manis+pedis! Super clean facility. Great color selection- (all fresh…read morebottles) kind+caring techs who also help choose colors when asked. Great massage&comfy chairs. Nice nail spa!!

This salon is closest to me or I would have not invested in them as much as I have. For the love of…read moreyour money and mental space go elsewhere. I went back after a year hoping they had improved and they certainly did not. 95% of the sets I have gotten done at posh were messed up in some way. Don't count on the salon manager to manage any client concern properly or well. Expect yelling and lack of accountability or level headed conversation. This salon will never build good report yelling at clients, being aggressive and negative, and not doing nail services as requested, then calling speaking up complaining. They will not fix nails if there's an issue after service is done. And will make a big issue if they have to do something they don't want to during the service. They will give you anxiety attacks if you are prone to them due to poor communication and not being able to take accountability to do what they need. I have never been yelled at in any place as much as I have here. Especially while I'm calm. Kim is a professional mellow harsher. I am a cosmetologist and have worked in nail salons myself. I would never act like this towards clients or humans for that matter.

Came here for a facial and a regular mani-pedi. Facial was good, but what made it good was that…read moreMichelle is an excellent masseuse and instead of leaving you by yourself, she massages you while the facial sets in. Wow, she is an excellent masseuse. The facial I paid for was the hibiscus clarifying facial and she did not do any extractions, which I thought was weird. The mani pedi was done by Cassidy, and while the pedi was fine, the mani was great. I told her I really wanted her to focus on my hands and she did a great job. I would say that the owners could stand to let us decide was is best for us, instead of telling us--I definitely felt patronized a bit by being told what I needed and what I should get, but I am reviewing the services, not the owners. My pedi could have been a bit more thorough, a bit more cuticle maintenance and the color could have been better but I told her I was more interested in my hands, and she did do that well. I think I would come here for a massage and maybe one of the powder or gel nail services, as the regular nail polish services were very expensive.

This salon is very clean and welcoming. The owners are very kind and attentive. The end result of…read moremy service was great. However, as someone who regularly gets service at a number of places in and out of state - $57 for a gel manicure is not reasonable in my opinion. When I made the appointment I was asked- "what's on your nails now?"- which would have been the perfect opportunity to explain their very unusual approach to pricing. They charge $15 to remove existing polish, and $42 for new gel polish. I requested a manicure but really all I got was removal of my existing gel polish, and reapplication of new gel polish. No cuticle work at all.
