The gel and tips were done so poorly -- the polish is clumpy, uneven, doesn't fully cover the surface of my nails, and started peeling almost immediately. It looks rushed and careless. I genuinely believe the staff could do great work, but they clearly didn't take the time or attention to do it right. Now I'm left with nails I'm embarrassed by, and I have to spend even more money to get them properly removed and redone somewhere else. It's really disappointing, especially when you go in hoping to feel pampered and leave feeling the exact opposite.

When filing they cut my pinkie. I only got a fill and they came out REALLY thick. Lastly, when I called they told me 37$ for a fill, the board in the salon said 27$ and I was charged 40$...?
