I just discovered this local little gem!!! I went in for cryo and have had amazing results!!! Not only can I see a major differenice in my chin and jowls but my overall skin appears 10 years younger. I'm able to post pictures now without filters and feel confident. I have used other spas in the area and Archer is by far the Best!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean and Dena is amazing!!! Shes knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I recommend some self care here for everyone. read more

We booked a 90 minute couples massage and watched the receptionist write it in the appointment book. The owner told us during the appointment reminder that we were not booked for 90 minutes and that there was a mistake. Come to find out, the owner had to run out for her child's track meet after 60 minutes so she pasted the blame to her employee as to why we were only getting 60 minutes. She had her coat on to walk out the door before we even had our shoes back on. Dishonesty will get you no business. We will not return and will spread the word. read more

The owner of this spa does bad business and I would not recommend getting involved with this business to even my worst enemy. We received a couples massage as a wedding gift and a week later booked our massage. We were looking forward to a relaxing experience as planning a wedding is stressful and that is not what we got. We were prepping to go to our appointment and realized the gift card was thrown away in the card it came in. We arrived to the spa to explain the situation. The owner refused to look up the gift card and told us we would be charged regardless if we got the massage or not. She forced us to pay $180 and ended up getting paid twice for one couples massage. Her unwillingness to work with us was or make an effort to look up our gift card was the most unprofessional worst customer service I have ever seen. You're welcome for the $320 you got from an already stressed out couple trying to plan and pay for a wedding. Not to mention at another local spa they were able to quickly look up a gift certificate from a year out. My fiancé gets services from archer about 3-4 times a year and will no longer be returning. I do not suggest anyone buy gift cards from this business because god forbid life happens and the card goes missing you will just be donating money to this terrible establishment. read more
