The receptionist was very apologetic and offered compensation for the mistake in online scheduling. Upon conversation with the owner Chad, we were able to come to a resolution for the appointment that didn't happen. I'm very appreciative of the manner Chad handled the situation, made it right, and made me "want" to go back. The spa atmosphere was delightful and the staff handled a potentially negative situation professionally. Go again? Absolutely!!!!

I was highly disappointed in this salon. I came here looking for a lash extension fill since my…read moreusual lady was closed and I was in desperate need of a fill. Not only did I wait about 30 minutes to even start, but lash length/fullness was never discussed. The process was not very relaxing. She did not let my eyes dry before telling me multiple times to open my eyes even after I told her they burned (which they shouldn't). After looking at my lashes briefly, I paid at the counter and the lash tech made her own tip when she took my card, which was not deserved. When I left the salon I did not even have a lash brush to fix the mess of lashes, and immediately 2-3 lashes fell out and an entire gluey clump came out 15 minutes later. My lashes are not full and do not even appear to be freshly filled. Will definitely never be back here.
