I had to get it redone. This receptionist gets up from behind her desk and physically pushed me out a door I was leaving. She also became profane and I was scared she was going to get violent so I left. IDK how this person has a job. They knew I had just lost my mother, yet she became quite unhinged and sent the police to my house where we are grieving, instead of just sending a letter discharging me as a patient. I decided not to press charges. Management did not offer any compensation for my messed up procedure.

As of early 2026, a Vermont bill (H.623) has been introduced that would replace the registration system with a full licensure system for massage therapists and certain establishments, but it has not yet taken effect.
