Chris is great at his profession and knows how to listen (or feel) where he needs to concentrate his massage on the body. He found many knots and hurting muscles without me even saying anything. I like very deep massages and often have a hard time finding a massage therapist who can really get down to push hard and find the right spots to work on. I also play roller derby and my body gets a pretty bad beating from the full contact. He did a superb job both times I've gone to see him. I will for sure be going back for massages in the future. He's super polite and seems to love his job. I highly recommend going to see him for a massage! Very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, you don't hear the noise of the salon right outside the door. Wonderful experience!

My girlfriend and I booked an online appointment for pedicures. We arrived and for whatever…read morereason, the 2nd appointment wasn't recorded ( though we both had a text confirmation of appointment). The receptionist was very apologetic and offered compensation for the mistake in online scheduling. Upon conversation with the owner Chad, we were able to come to a resolution for the appointment that didn't happen. I'm very appreciative of the manner Chad handled the situation, made it right, and made me "want" to go back. The spa atmosphere was delightful and the staff handled a potentially negative situation professionally. Go again? Absolutely!!!!

Currently in talks with the Better Business Bureau about this place. The obnoxious receptionist…read morethreatened to call the police if I couldn't pay entirely on my CC when I had bought half cash and half CC. Every business takes cash as payment, but she couldn't figure out how to use the register. Was NASTY and RUDE the whole time I was there and spooked the other girl, so my procedure was messed up. I had to get it redone. This receptionist gets up from behind her desk and physically pushed me out a door I was leaving. She also became profane and I was scared she was going to get violent so I left. IDK how this person has a job. They knew I had just lost my mother, yet she became quite unhinged and sent the police to my house where we are grieving, instead of just sending a letter discharging me as a patient. I decided not to press charges. Management did not offer any compensation for my messed up procedure.

When I arrived, I was told that the woman that would be helping me had a headache and wouldn't be able to see me. I explained how I had to leave work early to be on time for my appointment and they told me they were sorry but there was nothing they would do to help me. Knowing that I was coming from so far away, you would think they would call to cancel the appointment, but that was not the case. They then scheduled another appointment, and expected me once again to use my limited vacation time to get to the appointment. I will not be returning.
