Not only did I wait about 30 minutes to even start, but lash length/fullness was never discussed. The process was not very relaxing. She did not let my eyes dry before telling me multiple times to open my eyes even after I told her they burned (which they shouldn't). After looking at my lashes briefly, I paid at the counter and the lash tech made her own tip when she took my card, which was not deserved. When I left the salon I did not even have a lash brush to fix the mess of lashes, and immediately 2-3 lashes fell out and an entire gluey clump came out 15 minutes later. My lashes are not full and do not even appear to be freshly filled. Will definitely never be back here.

She got upset with me when I told her they were not right. Her husband then came over and spoke sternly to her, which did not help. I got up and offered to pay for what was already done. He wouldn't take any money and insisted I stay. He was worried I would go to another salon and show them/ complain about their work - he actually said this. When I left I saw him at the window of the shop taking a picture of my car. I walked back in and suggested we call the police. He declined and deleted the picture when I insisted. So now I'm sitting at home with misshaped nails that have separated from the nail bed. Who knows when I'll have time to get this fixed. Take this as a cautionary tale and avoid this place. No longer a mystery why the place was empty when I walked in at 4:00.

Master Cuts is always convenient for me and they do a good job. I prefer to walk in rather than…read moremake an appointment. I'm always welcomed at Master Cuts and they always fit me in. I don't ask for a specific stylist. They all seem to listen to what I want and do a good job. It only takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Most other places, I can walk in and ask for a haircut and there are three stylists doing nothing but they turn me away becasue they have appointments in the next 15 minutes. It's a bad business practice as well as bad customer service. If they are already in the shop, why don't they want the extra income??
