I just moved here from a major city and my brows haven't looked this good in a while. I added an exterior photo. When I arrived, the owner/ threader was out. She had a sign up saying she'd be right back. So I just looked around at the cute earrings and dresses she had in the shop. Loved them. I didn't buy anything because I need to purge what I already own and don't use first. She came in, quickly got to work, and made me look human. The threading was only 10.00 and I tipped 3.00 because my brows look B O M B. I will exclusively come here to have my brows tamed as long as I live in BTV.

I walked in and immediately got sat and the lovely lady absolutely KILLED it on my brows! I haven't gotten them done in years bc of a bad experience and she was so patient and kind and listened to exactly what I wanted (kept them thick while still shaping them). I seriously have never felt better with how I look in my life! The vibe was really nice and pretty, everything smelled good and looked very clean. Plus, it was super cheap! I will definitely be going back there again and would recommend to anyone new to threading! Thank u

It's basically a face tattoo, so lots of research and lots of time making sure that I was choosing the right person and the right place to get Microblade done. Bloom Inc. showed up on my Instagram and Facebook feed several times prior to my appointment which is how I initially found out about Haley. I loved how natural Haley's before and Afters were and it seemed that she took lots of care and making sure that her brows were perfection. Haley was quick to respond to my inquiries as well as getting me in the books in a timely manner. On the day of my appointment I was greeted with what I assume was a smile under her mask and warm eyes that instantaneously made me feel comfortable. The process was quick and painless in both physical and social aspects Haley is easy to talk to you which helps past the time as you're getting your perfect eyebrows. Highly recommend! Not only did I wait about 30 minutes to even start, but lash length/fullness was never discussed. The process was not very relaxing. She did not let my eyes dry before telling me multiple times to open my eyes even after I told her they burned (which they shouldn't). After looking at my lashes briefly, I paid at the counter and the lash tech made her own tip when she took my card, which was not deserved. When I left the salon I did not even have a lash brush to fix the mess of lashes, and immediately 2-3 lashes fell out and an entire gluey clump came out 15 minutes later. My lashes are not full and do not even appear to be freshly filled. Will definitely never be back here.

I don't ask for a specific stylist. They all seem to listen to what I want and do a good job. It only takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Most other places, I can walk in and ask for a haircut and there are three stylists doing nothing but they turn me away becasue they have appointments in the next 15 minutes. It's a bad business practice as well as bad customer service. If they are already in the shop, why don't they want the extra income??

The salon itself, is clean and well kept and the manager(?) does a good job running the place. I had only one negative experience there which was when someone who I'd never had do my threading did it and made my brows too then. When I came back, I asked my regular aesthetician about it and she fixed it up. For $9.50 for brow and upper lip, you really can't complain. They also do other waxing and manicure/pedicure. For simple things that don't take long, they accept walk-ins. However, for a leg wax, for ex, you should probably make an appointment. I think they offer discounts on waxing on certain days of the week so check it out!
