I'm very appreciative of the manner Chad handled the situation, made it right, and made me "want" to go back. The spa atmosphere was delightful and the staff handled a potentially negative situation professionally. Go again? Absolutely!!!!

After driving 10 hrs to visit St. Albans, VT for the week and various (fun) activities while I've been here, I decided I was in desperate need of a massage. Empower Medspa fit me in for a 90 min deep tissue massage with Heather D. Let me tell you it was FANTASTIC! I'm a real spa and massage snob so I was hesitant to book at a medspa where massage really isn't the main focus. However, this massage was just what I needed! Heather was very knowledgeable of the pain and disc issues I had, as well as of the human body. She dug right in to my pain points and loosened my muscles significantly, it was a huge relief. She even had me turn on each side to really dig into spots that most massage therapists rarely touch. I highly recommend Heather and the Empower medspa!!

I also had my eyebrows done at the same time, which of course she did a fabulous job of. I like my brows natural and she did them perfectly. Plus I have a low pain tolerance when it comes to plucking and usually tear up, amazingly she was so gentle I could have fallen asleep!! The spa itself has a gorgeous homey atmosphere. Very clean and warm! We were immediately greeted and offered the usual coffee/tea/water. We were then were led upstairs to two comfy chairs to await our appointment, which we did not wait long for. Now for the real kicker: PERFECT PRICE! If you're looking for the right place on the west island for any of your waxing needs, Manon is certainly it.
