When I made the appointment I was asked- "what's on your nails now?"- which would have been the perfect opportunity to explain their very unusual approach to pricing. They charge $15 to remove existing polish, and $42 for new gel polish. I requested a manicure but really all I got was removal of my existing gel polish, and reapplication of new gel polish. No cuticle work at all.
