I came here for a brow and lip wax. The service was quick and the woman who did my brows was fairly…read morefriendly. I left the salon happy about my brows. However, about ten minutes after I left the salon my brows continued stinging. I looked Into a mirror and saw that my eyebrows were completely burned. You can see the injuries in the photos, but my skin was burned from the wax. I called to ask for a refund, but I was asked to come all the way back to the salon so they could examine the eyebrows for themselves. They were very defensive when I mentioned my burns, and they did not offer me an apology. As I couldn't come back to the salon afterwards, I did not get a refund either. I now have bad burns around my eyes, had to pay for the wax still, and was not apologized to. I would not recommend this place! A pic immediately and next day is provided
