Then there was last year, when they snuck (and obviously charged me for) a $40 bronzer case into my purchase without informing me of the item. Then - I went for a facial where they upsold me with a "dermaplane" feature which in the end was not done with a professional tool but a plastic razor you can get at a drug store. Finally, I once got my brows laminated there and it just didn't work- like at all... and they responded with "oh yeah this service doesn't work on thicker eyebrows sometimes" end of story.... Like I'm sorry then why didn't you say that to start??
