I got a full set and the nails where GLUEd on no gel no powder no tops just a full Walmart press on. I picked my color and it was see through so I switched colors and again.. see through and he saw it too but said was going to charge extra for him to fix it. So I said whatever I asked for gems and he said okay u You are done so at this point I was already here for 2.5 hours and was ready to leave I go to pay and was told my total was 135 dollars. For a normal pedicure and a full set he said my pedicure was 55 and my nails where 80. So I said I don't understand why I'm being charged so much when I didn't get what I asked for abs he said there's nothing he could do. 135!! For what? I didn't even want this. So I paid the 135 and left no tip and normally I leave a very good tip. He asked if I would like my receipt he then dipped it off the printer and threw it at me. I'm not sure what the issue was but I told them ahead of time I was going to leave a poor review because that was all very ridiculous especially how calmly I spoke and asked them for clarification

Don't count on the salon manager to manage any client concern properly or well. Expect yelling and lack of accountability or level headed conversation. This salon will never build good report yelling at clients, being aggressive and negative, and not doing nail services as requested, then calling speaking up complaining. They will not fix nails if there's an issue after service is done. And will make a big issue if they have to do something they don't want to during the service. They will give you anxiety attacks if you are prone to them due to poor communication and not being able to take accountability to do what they need. I have never been yelled at in any place as much as I have here. Especially while I'm calm. Kim is a professional mellow harsher. I am a cosmetologist and have worked in nail salons myself. I would never act like this towards clients or humans for that matter.
