The gel and tips were done so poorly -- the polish is clumpy, uneven, doesn't fully cover the surface of my nails, and started peeling almost immediately. It looks rushed and careless. I genuinely believe the staff could do great work, but they clearly didn't take the time or attention to do it right. Now I'm left with nails I'm embarrassed by, and I have to spend even more money to get them properly removed and redone somewhere else.
