Today horrific, I did bring my daughter and the technician cut her hand did not apologize and put some medication on it. The person in charge today was truly obnoxious. They don't listen to what you want ? They nicked my friend's cuticles all to heck. The women I had was pulling my hand every where and not saying anything. The color I wanted they didn't have so I looked thru the glass case and chose black but I also wanted a blue heart on my left hand and a teal one on my right and as you can see with the attached picture they didn't do that right either they also didn't shape them correctly either .. so I got home called and told them I was coming back tomorrow to have them fix it for free . I want to know who did my nails so I can request them again--it was the younger guy, is he the only younger male there? My nails lasted for my whole vacation and then some. He did such a good job and actually did what I asked unlike some of those nail techs who think they know better than you how you like your nails. If anyone knows his name, please reply! Thanks! I love this nail salon! When I lived here 12 years ago I came here and now when I come in town to see family this is still my go to spot! It is clean, and they have many color options! I've been going here religiously for years. The staff is very helpful and accommodating to walk ins, in fact they will always try to make it happen even if they are super busy. It's helpful to bring a picture if you want something really specific bc some of the technicians English isn't fantastic, but they are good at what they do. Not one word was spoken to me, she abruptly got up while doing my nails to change her iPods so she could continue watching what ever she was watching. This felt really disrespectful. I have been here serval times and it is very hit or miss. My last experience was lovely, I had a very nice man do my nails, they were perfect size and shape and length! I got them for prom so. naturally when i was looking to get another set for graduation, I booked another appointment. Because I was unsure of the gentleman name I had to select random for who I was booking with. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I got out to my car and started sobbing. I understand the lady doing my nails was likely very busy trying to make other appointments and whatnot so I will not complain about her use of her phones and othe devices while doing my nails. however, I asked for almond shape, and she cut them so hastily and unevenly they remain bad looking, and when the time came to put on the gel, she did about 4 coats. When I politely u asked her to shave down the height of the nail some more, as they were looking really chunky in addition to now being too short and the wrong shape, she got very angry and yelled at me, before begrudgingly halfway fixing them. from there she rushed to finish and got me out of there. As someone who works in the service industry I understand being rushed and feeling stressed, so I still left her a 25% tip, for her time. all and all this set was 55$ plus tip, and was definitly a waste of my money, as I will have to go elsewhere to get these fixed. All in all a very disappointing experience, especially given my satisfaction for my prom set. read more

I spent more than 2 hours at this nail salon for an extremely below average dip manicure. Aside from me having to remind the tech that they didn't use 3 coats on one side, pointing out that the buffer had a blue color that was transferring on to my nude dip, and having to sit for 2.25 hours, the manicure came out very uneven and not to the edges. The only solution was to wait around longer or come back on a different day to spend more time and add more layers to an already very thick dip manicure. On top of this, I still had to pay full price. I had heard great things about this salon, but I am really dissatisfied with my result. read more

I go to Lili for gel fill. I have also had pedicures here, but always with one of the other girls. Service has always been very good, good price, and good quality results. For the pedi, my feet always go home looking better than when they arrived; a miracle in and of itself. For my gel fill, Lili has always fit me in, and she does a very nice job. She honors my preference for length and a round tip (rather than the flat look), and she gives me a nice smooth nail; no bumps, air bubbles in the polish, or snaggy edges. I would recommend Glamour Nails to anyone, gladly. read more

Great service! $40 mani/pedi beat all the competitors including single dollar signs. Took us right away and the three of us could all sit next to each other which is rare. Upon arriving the staff was quite rude. They seemed put off to have walk-ins. After I put my feet in the water, I looked down and there was a disturbing amount of floaties in the water. DO NOT GO HERE! Uncomfortable atmosphere. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment knowing I was bringing my baby with me. I got there and still had to wait which annoyed me because my baby was sleeping and of course she woke up half an hour after sitting in the salon waiting...my pedicure water was freezing, they didn't start soaking my gel nails off my hands until my pedicure was over even after I asked them to. They didn't have the color nail polish that they display. So they choose "similar" colors. After an hour and a half of being there my baby was getting restless and one of the workers came over to me and told me I would have to settle her down because they had other customers in the salon. My husband came to pick me up with my 3 year old and they told her not to touch anything. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I will never go back. It is not a comfortable salon, they are rude, my nails started chipping that afternoon and one of my nails even broke. I'm so upset by how me and my family were treated. read more

Sick and tired of my nail salon, chipped / peeling gel nails after only a week. Yelp' d Glamour Nails few good and bad reviews. Close to home on a snowstorm day but NEEDED to have them repaired. Super easy to book, had a appointment when I needed , then called to reschedule for earlier and pleased when they fit me in for a different time. Super clean, open space ( only 2 girls working, snowstorm) already had 3 customers, took me right away and got started didn't sit for long in between the staff finishing other customers. Got a mani pedi from here. Asked her not to trim my toe nails bc they were already short- she did anyway. She made the nails bleed, and my toenails ended up getting infected and were very painful. Don't go to Glamour Nails unless you want to throw your money away. I went and got a nail fill and the paint chipped on four nails within a matter of hours! I called them and they told me I could come in to get it fixed. They "fixed" it by completely taking off the color and putting a clear coat on top giving me the ugliest manicure! They only refunded me $13 ($8 for the color and the $5 tip) so I ended up paying $27 for nails that I absolutely hate. They wouldn't listen to my concerns/complaints probably because I refuse to make a scene. The only positive thing about this place was their timeliness. Never again will I go there. read more

Worst acrylic nails I've ever had done, ever...!! The nails were not uniform and they were crooked as well as not filed straight. When I asked the nail tech why they turned out that way she explained it was because each of my nail bids were different sizes, I then told her that I have been getting my nails done for over 12years with the same nail bids and they always have come out uniform, straight, and not crooked. She then said sorry and asked if she could try to fix it, I declined & decided to just never make the mistake of going back to Glamour Nails again. Oh & they do not cut your cuticles, I was very surprised (not in a good way) when she did not do that service & again I asked why she said, "cuticle cutting costs $5 dollars" that was the last straw! I am used to getting my cuticles cut down as a regular service at no extra cost when I get my nails done. Good luck finding a nail salon in VT, it seems good nail service is few and far between. read more

I've been here maybe four times and they aren't great. I initially went for shellac gel manicures, but they never lasted longer than a week. And the process itself wasn't very relaxing or indulgent, as I've experienced at many other nail salons. So I made the switch from shellac to regular because when I'd look around, it looked like they took better care of your hands with regular. Nope. Soak, file, cuticle trim, polish. They didn't even put any moisturizer on. And given that this was in Feburary, and my hand had been sitting out after being in the water, they were getting dried out, and I was not happy about it. I had to ask for the moisturizer at the end and she just passed me a bottle, didn't even rub it in. Then when I had my hands under the dryer they just sort of ignored me and I had to guess and ask if they were done. read more
